Mike Tumillo: The salesman greeted me right away and didn't pressure me into buying stuff I didn't need, and I was giving 10% off for being a vet. The store is very clean inside.
Dawn R: I ordered our flooring and supplies online at the website. That was pretty easy. Everything was sent to the store for pickup about two weeks later. I emailed the store to discover our order was there for pickup. The guys were nice, helpful, and quick. They verified my order twice, since I drove 90 miles for pickup to assure everything was included. Only issue I had was understanding the order weight and our full sized truck payload. Call the store ask more details--- for those DIY'ers! My husband is a experienced Construction foreman CDL/heavy equipment driver but he FREAKED me out nearly maxing our full sized truck payload. Ladies, call the store for exact instructions and details for hauling. He did fine, truck did fine. But, I wasn't until I got home! I personally would rather have pulled in a adequate trailer or U-Haul'd it. The delivery estimate was over $500 to deliver to home because I am not in their normal delivery area. Everything appears to be in good shape from shipping as it's acclimating indoors. Looking forward to my new flooring.

Paul Hemenway: Needed to match some existing flooring for a small patch. I’d searched so many other places with zero success. The Vegas Flooring Outlet salesman took one look at the picture I had and knew exactly what it was and that it had been discontinued. He went and searched through their warehouse thinking they might have enough to help me. He had found it in less than 10 minutes and it was an exact match!! Picture included with one of the pieces laying over existing, try and find it! This experience alone will keep me coming back!! This was on 6/10/2023

David Carlin: Better than the Big Box store! This is our second time having Vinyl plank flooring done. The first time we went to a Big Box store comparing that sales and installation process to our experience with Vegas Flooring Outlet hands down they win. From being greeted by Jose, the precise measurements and cost estimate by Jimmy and the installation by Alex and team it was easier and more cost effective than the Big Box store. If your flooring needs demand the wear factor of Vinyl plank choose SPC over LVP flooring we did and glad we did.

After several frustrating experiences with other flooring companies Vegas Flooring Outlet went above and beyond. My quote was well below what I had budgeted but after reading the reviews from others I felt ok about goofing with this company. Gabriel and Gustavo showed up on time and worked so hard non-stop Saturday to complete my entire downstairs. It is absolutely beautiful and perfect and I am so happy with how it all turned out. It only took them one day and they made sure to clean up completely. I can not recommend them enough!!!!

I'm staying with local family putting my purchased elsewhere new flooring in my motor home and found one more box to complete the job was needed. I was told by the manufacturing warehouse there was none in stock per the computer. I started calling around and got the feeling a lot of the stores I contacted couldn't be bothered to help until I got Lai at Vegas Flooring. He gave me a great price and tracked down a box by sending a rep to physically check the manufacture's warehouse. All the trouble with small profit indicates to me that this company takes pride in their business and customers come first.
