I wish I had the reps name directly but I lost the business card! They saved me another drive down to the store and if their customer service had been the norm they would never have lost me as a customer.
Lynnette Alexander: Whoever Maya is, on the phone for tech support, she is absolutely awesome! She was so patient and knowledgeable and thorough! We have an older TV and she walked me through the solution over the phone. I just can't say enough nice things about her! Thank you, Maya!!!!!!!
Grace Mitchell: I had a problem with my bill so I went into the store. Regina helped me and she was absolutely wonderful! Even though she was unable to resolve my billing issue due to them not having the access in store, she helped direct me to how I can get the issue resolved. She had also helped rebundle my services that a previous agent had messed up on.

Eric Skwarczynski: I’ve been doing freelance work from my laptop out of the Starbucks pretty frequently for the past two-three years, and it’s the best run Starbucks location that I have seen - period.Every single team member goes above and beyond to take care of the customers, and each one takes effort to memorize the names of customers, remember orders, and take extra steps to make sure that people are taken care of.

Stephanie Tieman: My Flatbread pizza sauce was sweet the crust was too. I'm sensitive to a salty sweet and since it's not my favorite I didn't enjoy the pepperoni sweet bread. The kitchen sink cookie was done right tho. And as always the salad was fresh and the broccoli cheese soup yummy. The charged lemonade is liquid candy, very yummy tho.Parking: It's a busy spot and with the Knights game it was packed with BWW guests.
Naz Stobe-Kirst: I rarely go to this bagel chain, because this place makes the customer put the spread on the bagel. It just means I can't take it in the car and eat it right away. So you have to use their tables to do your own work. You have to also make sure your order is complete since you might have to go to 2 counters to pick up your food. Nobody checks for order completion. The jalapeno cheese bagel is one of my faves at both bagel chains. Panera grinds up the jalapeno and mixes it into the dough. Great taste! Lastly if you like toasted, ask to run it twice. Superior coffee!

Zheni Atanasova: Today was one of those days when I got my cappuccino just perfectly made, and once I got to the car the cup got blown by the wind all over my roof and windshield 😅. I went right back and the baristas were so nice, they actually remade it for me right away! That made my day! I am also grateful that they remember me even though I don't get to go every day, and they also remember how I love my cappuccino with honey on top!
