Dora R: I absolutely loved this Western wear store! They have a lot of selection to choose from. My husband was able to find his outfit there for our wedding reception! Aaron Aleamoni: This place has some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. I ordered a $250 pair of boots through Shopify, UPS somehow reported they delivered the package but I never received it. UPS then came back and said the were still trying to deliver it, they keep going back and forth and giving different information depending on who I was talking to. After I spoke with Tania at Rodeo Western Wear she just sent me a new pair of boots and told me she would will deal with UPS. I work 2 full time jobs so free time is rare she kept me informed and she went above and beyond even texting me the new tracking number. I couldn't recommend this place more. They respect and treat their customers well.
andrew waits: It’s a great store with very knowledgeable, honest and enjoyable employees. I came in needing a straw cowboy hat and didn’t know what brand or style I wanted. The young lady had me fixed up and out the door in no time. Had some questions about other things and got great answers back. Will definitely go there again! Thank you!

My custom designed giraffe and kangaroo boots arrived in Georgia today and they far exceeded my expectations. Their attention to detail is second to none. I haven’t ever owned an exotic skin pair of boots before so I wanted them to be special. Javier’s exceptional customer service did exactly that! I ended up choosing a True-to-fit Elephant Skin boot! Boy did they exceed my expectations! The genuine work that he put into my boots is indescribable. I will strongly recommend him to any friends of mine that want top quality boots!
