Left with a new Calanderier with blue dial and a limited edition Promaster suno chronograph racer with green dial. Great job making the sale guys!!!I went today as I just found out this store is here. I already own 3 Citizen watches and am fond of the brand, so I thought I'd see if I could add to my collection and maybe even find something for my wife. The staff was distant and unwelcoming from the moment I walked in. I truly felt as if they had no interest in helping me at all. I know Saturday around lunchtime can be a hard time for retail, but the store was empty when I went in and not even a hello. I asked to try on a watch and then continued looking, and there just was zero interest in selling me a watch. I left and went to another watch store I saw in the mall, and did score a nice Hamilton GMT Swiss Automatic for a much better price than the $1140 retail fir myself and a beautiful Tissot powermatic for my wife, so the day wasn't a bust. Its a shame that they would so callously ignore the people who come there to spend money. That's close to $1500 that went to another store. I'm gonna try and go back in a few weeks to see if there is any improvement. If so, I will revise my review.
