John Taylor: Lost my phone had to switch to my old phone the employees were extremely nice and took care of doing it all for me and at no charge. Another reason weve been with them for almost 20 years now!!
Jerrod Robker: Came in with an issue with a watch for our daughter that tier 3 tech support couldn’t figure out. The manager here helped us and had us fixed in 20 mins. She’s a natural leader and is amazing at her job. Not surprised she’s the manager. She’s a natural and deserves to move up. Thank you.

He made you feel like you were just talking to another guy unlike the T-Mobile associate I previously talked to earlier today. Allan walked us through everything and couldn’t have been more helpful. I came in yesterday 10/28/22, and the two white gentlemen who were working were extremely helpful, professional, and patient. I was treated very poorly at a corporate location so I came here to fix my phone service and the gentlemen with glasses was able to help me and get me on my way within 15 minutes. excellent customer service to both those guys they are amazing workers and people
I came in to open a business account and purchased a phone and tablet and needed a phone number ported from another company. Greg handled my needs in a timely fashion and with professional customer service. I am extremely happy with his attention to detail.
Allan was a huge help. Amazing customer service! Very professional, knew what he was doing, very good character. He takes care of his customers from what I experienced. He explained every little detail I needed to know. You’re appreciated by your customers.
