From the Horchata, the guacamole, the tacos, the gaucho sandwich, and definitely the short rib. We will be coming back on a regular basis. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Keri Borden: An amazing menu, wonderful flavors! Great presentation. Lovely atmosphere, I'd have preferred some Latin music, but hey, it's vegas lol!Service was overall pretty good. The chef coming table side was amazing. The wonderful woman walking around checking to see how put meal was also great!Where it fell a bit flat for me. Our main server was there, but not overly friendly or out there in terms of specials, offerings, etc. The overall service did feel rushed with people coming to take your food dishes immediately and then asap bill.The food. Again, wonderfully flavored. We ordered 2 items in particular. Oysters and Waygu beef. The oysters had a unique twist which I enjoyed, but they oysters themselves were small.The beef. The listing was a 16 Oz. It came as 2 8oz. The steak was cooked extremely well. However I do realize there are quality of waygu varies. This was on the extreme low end, if at all. There was no marbling, no fat content. This steak was just lean. IMHO not what waygu nor worth the price point or what's advertised in size or beef.I'd return for sure. But stick to some usual suspects. Arepas, empanadas, etc.

Freaking... Penny!Kid-friendliness: They were very accommodating for my 13 y/o and provided delicious mocktail options that even an adult would enjoy!
