Becky Barker: done. The tests needed for the procedure started just before Covid-19 started closing everything down. Through the long period waiting for hospitals to open again Dr Narala kept in touch with me and made sure every test was up to date and pushed to get in done ASAP in case hospitals were shut down again. It took 7 months but I feel without the excellent help of Dr. Narala it could have been even longer.If I could rate higher than 5, I would.Becky and Tom Barker
Gracie Fernandez: Even thou the wait is a little long the staff is excellent and Dr Narala is an amazing Dr. I did echo, stress test and sleep study in my experience the wait in the room is a little longer to get the results but I don't really care because staff and Dr are Amazing!!
Mark Disney: I saw three vascular surgeons before meeting Dr Karthiek Narala. He was the only one that helped me. He took his time and spoke to me not at me. His surgical team is first rate. The people giving the two reviews before me Could not be more wrong. Five stars is quite honestly not enough!

But I figure I’ll just be fair right of the bat and rebuttal that lady’s negative review which in all reality is just her mental break down and her not respecting a medical professional. Thank you all for what you do. I have a long line of family members who have seen Kalla and have said nothing but amazing things of him.My expectations when I go in, order for blood test and imaging. That’s it.. wouldn’t expect anything else or more on a first visit, nor would I throw a fit if asked to do these things. That lady was simply unreasonable. Probably voted Hillary!

They are always willing to spend the time I need in our visits to address any issues or concerns I have. I had sleep apnea and they gave me a great treatment plan, offered many options and solutions to treat it. Fantastic care! Thank you!

Marenreneb: Highly recommend both Dr. Naralas! They are kind, caring and experts in their field. However, their reception staff needs help. We called and left a message yesterday for an appointment with no response. We were unable to leave a message today because the mailbox was full. This appointment was requested by Dr. Narala. We understood they are undoubtedly busy, so we went to his office and was ignored for 10 minutes by his staff. You could hear them talking about personal issues. When we were finally greeted she was rude and talked over my husband. The lack of common courtesy and kindness is disheartening. Such wonderful doctors to have such an unpleasant staff. We of course will stay with the Doctors but hoping the reception staff improves. I'd love to give them an outstanding review next time we are in.

Jennifer Schultz: Drs.Karthiek Narala and Chandra Narala are what I wished every Dr.would aspire to be. I recently was dealing with some very serious medical issues involving DVT, pulmonary embolism and potential vein damage stemming from covid and a recent knee replacement that other doctors couldn't seem to figure out. Its as if they were listening time me but not truly hearing me and my concerns. Dr. Karthiek took me seriously and I believe prevented me from having long term vascular damage and clotting issues. He listened, was compassionate, and really was so thorough with my care. The office staff has been attentive and thorough as well. I can't speak highly enough about this practice.
