If your thinking about buying toner off of Amazon, don't do it. Upon pick up she really took her time to explain not only what went wrong but how to use the features and settings of my printer and the necessary steps to prevent the printer heads from clogging again. I brought in an old non-working inkjet printer, which Angel gladly took to recycle for me. I then informed her we were looking for a laser printer, but had minimal needs. Not a problem, we were shown an inexpensive model around $100. No upselling was even attempted. We felt like we had just bought a $1000 printer the way we were treated! And we were given a nice reusable bag to carry our new printer out! This experience alone was enough to merit a 5 star rating, but wait, there’s more!I received a phone call a few days later from Cartridge World informing that before they sent my old inkjet away to recycle, they decided to try to fix it. And they got it working! They asked if I was interested in picking it back up, free of charge? Of course! I picked up my old printer and was given advice on caring for inkjet in this dry environment.Such a refreshing place to go to, I wish the best for Cartridge World. This was one of the most positive customer service experiences of my life, please visit them if you have any printing needs!

Vivian Rush: I am so glad that I discovered inkojet before replacing my old but reliable HP printer. This is the only place I am now able to purchase cartridges and actually at a much better price then previously. My most recent shipment did not work but customer service was very helpful and I just received a replacement shipment without charge. This claim was months old because I had been traveling and then honored it anyhow.I would recommend them highly!
Mark Vedder: I purchased and promptly received an ink pack for our Epson XP-810 Printer as well as a separate XL Black ink. Our order was with standard shipping. I've installed one of the ink pack cartridges and it works well so far. I also received an extra XL Black that I did not order. I contacted the company and received an email response the same day. Apparently the additional cartridge was included by shipping mistake, and I offered to pay for it. INKOJET told me to keep the extra ink and accept as their gift. I plan to continue to place additional orders for their ink packs and individual cartridges. Thank you for the gift.
Jeep Hook: I made the mistake of not realizing that Inkojet sells non OEM ink.We have a new Canon printer at home and I was concerned about using non OEM ink.I emailed the company immediately after I realized my mistake trying to cancel the order, I must admit I sent several emails to make sure they got the message. They responded early the next day that they had canceled the order and refunded my PayPal payment. I was very impressed with their customer service. Nice doing business with a honest company. They could have ignored my request and caused me problems after the fact but they did the ‘right thing’ and I just wanted to share my positive experience.
Paul McClanahan: Used them initially to replace ink cartridges for my HP printer. They were 1/2 the cost of regular cartridges and work great. Noticed they repaired iPhones on a visit. I had to replace screen on an iPhone 11 and they were $40 cheaper than other Henderson locations. Great customer service and finished under 1 hour.

They went above and beyond what I expected, generously fixing issues with the laptop that I wasn’t aware of for no additional charge. I was most impressed with the technician that fixed my computer, SeVonte. The man went the extra mile at every point, It seemed like he worked round the clock because I would always get an instant in-depth replay from him concerning my computer at virtually all hours of the day.
