Chava Peebles: **Update**I have been in my home for over a year now and had my first annual inspection with Melisa. She's amazing, full stop. Very engaging, professional and just a nice person....The home I had lived in for over 10 years was going to be sold by the owners so I had to move and with not the best credit. Shelter Realty was breath of fresh air. When I first moved in March of this year, it happened to be on one of the hottest weekends in March. I turned the AC only to find it not working. Within two weeks, I had a new unit installed. Shelly in Maintenance is so sweet and responsive. I just love the whole company. The property and location is a dream. Love, love love everything about the home and Shelter Realty! Would recommend 1000%!!!!

Brendan Brown: I have had my rental property with Shelter Property Management for twelve years now. They have been wonderful to work with and highly professional throughout all phases of management. Their tenant screening process has been terrific as the tenants we rent to have been better than average. In addition they have an excellent turn around time for needed repairs and upgrades. When an inevitable tenant issue arises, their team responds in a prompt and timely manner thus solving the problem quickly. I wouldn't use any other property management company other than Shelter. As an out of state investor I can rest easily knowing that they are taking great care of my investment.

It was quick and easy, she was in and out within the time frame given before arrival. Shelter Realty staff in whole has been helpful whenever issues do come up at the unit.

I had minor issues with the property upon moving in, my work orders were handled quickly and efficiently. If I have any concerns, I can send an email to the Shelter Realty staff and have a response within a couple hours. So far I have had a positive experience and I would recommend Shelter Realty to my friends and family!

auralee aweau: THANK YOU THANK YOU BLACK AND CHERRY REAL ESTATEOn July 8th 2023 our house that we rent from Black & Cherry Real Estate was broken into, my son and sister in law was able to send me pictures of all the damage, I submitted a request to Black & Cherry letting them know it was a break in and there’s a police report. The next morning I have a repair man at my house because Black & Cherry notified him of the break in, the repair man measured the broken window, had his shop vac and cleared the garbage disposal of glass and took more pictures of all the damages from the kitchen, master bedroom and back door. We are so grateful for the prompt assistance of Black & Cherry in making the repairs in less than 24 hours. Black & Cherry made this extremely scary and stressful experience easier to handle. Oh and yes Metro did arrest the male that broke in, he was still in my bedroom when Metro arrived.
