M Ricciardo: Google is wrong and took me in a square. It's up the big stairs at City Hall and through a second set of doors to an outside area...then, it's to the right. Once inside, take a number. There was hardly any wait. The gentlemen who helped me couldn't have been more efficient and polite.

PLEASE NOTE: The Treasurer’s Office has created a new bill design which incorporates clearer, more detailed real property tax information. The new bill format also increased already existing operational efficiencies and reduces printing and mailing costs. Some customers may receive the new bill format between now and June 2024 if any revisions or changes to the real property taxes occur. This is in coordination with our “new bill” soft roll out effort. Starting July 2024, all customers will begin receiving bills with the new bill design. Jake Meier: No clue why there are bad reviews. Ive dealt with them several times over the last few years and I've had nothing but good service and excellent help. Oh and btw, just press 0 a few times right away to speak to someone.

john lara: It’s gorgeous overall. Everyone there was helpful. There are a lot of changes im sure are temporary due to covid. I wasn’t able to get done what I needed but was pleased with my visit.
