Roxanne Lawrence: Everyone there was very nice! This location was not the most convenient for me but they still got me in so that my pups can do the intake. That's because they have convenient hours even on a Sunday. [The other location had limited Sunday hours and could only do interview after 9am on weekdays but I have to work]They have a live feed like all the camp bow wows, so you can stream your pups playtime live to your phone. But at this location all of their cameras have really cute names instead of just numbers.Also in this location when I brought my dogs, They seemed genuinely excited to see them and immediately started to interact with them. And my dogs are very social with people and love that interaction. Which is nice cause I know they see many dogs every day and can understandable become unphased and jaded by them but not here! They seem to really like what they do.

Ed: arrived on time and got busy. The Soda blast was performed on all the tiles with great results. Gone was the white linecalcium deposits on the glass tiles on the side of the poolfountains and hardwater haze on the Spa. The job was somewhat messy but Dorian was good with the blower and hose to keep residual soda in check. Acid wash was performed and was just OK upon initial inspection so Stanley made another pass in the center section which eliminated the remaining ingrained deposits. They cleaned the filters but I am not sure why. The Pool now looks as good as it was when we bought the house new. Stanley and Dorian were easy to work with and addressed all my concerns. The ten hour job was worth every penny.While the actual job went really well I did run into a few very minor issues. When Robbie came by the first day to drop the pump he mistakenly closed the landscape irrigation backflow valve near the front of the house when he could not find the Pool fill shutoff valve next to the Pool plumbing. I was not aware that he had done this and he came back to the Pool and jury rigged the inground float to stay closed. It never closed completely and leaked water. Unfortunately, there was no irrigation for our plants for a few days until Friday night when my wife noted that the sprinklers were not coming on as scheduled and the irrigation valve was still closed. No plants died however so this was a minor detail. After Robbie left from dropping off the pump I traced the plastic pipe coming off the faucet to the valve at the backflow valve at the Pool plumbing and closed the Pool fill valve.The Pool was filled by Friday morning but was not scheduled for restart by Oasis until Monday. I called Madison and requested a restart that day so Robbie came out around noon and started the pumps and threw some chlorine shock and stabilizer in the Pool. I noticed late Friday that the filter casing was leaking so being a hands on guy I fixed it the next day. Dorian or Stanley had tightened the strap up but sometimes it still leaks. Much thanks to Robbie for coming out on Friday and wrapping it all up before the weekend. Pics to come.!
