Brian Wild: Just had my first sewing class today with Deana, and I absolutely loved it!!I had zero, like zero experience and she was so good at helping me learn all of the basics.The shop is very easy to get to, and the space has such a good energy!!Would 100% recommend any sewers or future sewers to check this place out, especially for the classes!!Thank you again!!!

Stefany Lee Sigier: I came across Pincushion when I was roaming around in DTLV on Charleston Blvd and Main St. I walked in and inquired about their business. It’s a small boutique shop offering alterations. They also hold sewing classes. I’ve taken their sewing for beginners class and wardrobe basics. After taking a few classes, I now regularly take privates with an instructor. If you’re interested in making custom-tailored collard shirts, I will take classes with Lars. He’s very skilled and makes unique collared shirts for men. The same techniques can be used to make collared shirts for women!They moved location off Highland Dr and E Sahara. Make sure you know where you're going before hand so you don't get lost.

Brenda Geler: Bernie has done incredibly job with every single dress I take to him… and believe me, I am sure I am the customer that brings him the most complex challenges… he has a talent that I don’t think many other tailor’s have and ideas on how to make the gowns look like something else. Also good conversations are always around while taking measurements or trying the end results. Last gown was tailored for the annual Governor’s Black tie dinner and it was the most incredible gown of the night, in addition to tailored my husband’s suit that ended up looking just perfect

Bernie is super personable and has no problem telling you what he can and can't do, and for the things he can't he quickly finds a solution that will work.A+, 10/10, five stars. I accidentally forgot to pick up an item and in the meantime changed my phone number so she had no way to contact me. Lizeth Diaz: I took a 4 week pattern drafting class. It was pretty far away from where I lived, but it was worth it! Kevin, the teacher, is a great. He will use the time to actively teach you everything that you would want to know about fashion design. I learned so much in just 4 weeks! I definitely recommend this to anyone who's barley starting out or simply want to continue building upon their knowledge.
