Kimberly Land: I’m from Alaska and Brought in an old canvas bag that I use for traveling. This bag has been to more countries than most people. It had all kinds of holes and tears and broken zippers, snaps, clamps, clasps etc. It was a mess. But this place fixed it like brand new!! I couldn’t believe it!! It looks so good, just like when I bought it and I love it!! The service was friendly and FAST!! Because my flight leaves the next day and I couldn’t way for days and days. C Darlene Link: I took my favorite cowboy boots to have the copper trim on the toes reattached. The place I took them to years ago used flat head silver nails. When I went to pick them up from Michael's shop I noticed that there were 3 brass round head screws and 1 of the original flat silver nail. That shouldn't have been ok with them and I got attitude from them when I asked about it. Michael did finally replace it, now they look great.

They are the boots experts! Peabody did an overhaul on my high end boots, strap reattached, new rubber on the heals, and new leather outsoles. I didn't expect them coming back looking original but they were restored to the brand new appearance! The tanning was matched to the rest of the boot, strap fixed, and they even cleaned them restoring the color. Highly recommend Peabody!
The tailor here is the BEST!! Great customer service! Quick, friendly and efficient. I came in to pick up an order and the tailor was so friendly enough to hem my dress that was too big. She’s great and gentle with clothing. And she has an eye for detail. Love her work!
I brought in a 3 year old pair of Danner work boots to have the soles replaced. They did an outstanding job. When I picked them up, I was amazed. The leather was reconditoned and they looked like new. So, I dropped off my back up work boots...same thing. Like new. They even replaced the mid-sole and welt stitching at no charge. Great people. Great service. Thank you. I'll definitely be back.

Alexandria Le: The shop owner completely transformed my very worn-looking shoulder bag purse into what looks like a brand-new purse! The repair price was half the cost of the original cost. The handles were completely worn in the middle, but the owner found a beautiful and delicate way of replacing the handles. The bottom and edges were worn away, so he had to completely paint over the purse. I was so pleased at the transformational results with the fair price; the leather was still supple, and this off-white purse is now spotless.

Lynn Meyers: Priced fairly, was able to fix the heels of my shoes very quickly. The two gentleman that I spoke to told me this is the oldest shoe repair in Las Vegas. They take credit cards which is a plus.
Clete Reed: I live in Laughlin and brought my boots in to replace the rubber heals. I showed up on a Saturday expecting to leave my boots. Once I mentioned I was from laughlin he said you cam hang out and repaired them right on the spot. The shop is ran by faster and son. They did a incredible job and the boots look brand new. I highly recommend the place. It's an old school shoe repair and they know what there doing. Living in a throw away society nice to see people with real skills and quality work.

Michelle Forsland: I'd never gone to a shoe repair shop before so I was extremely nervous but I tried this shop because it was close to home and it had decent reviews. I brought in 2 boots a few weeks back and the one boot he just added a zipper perfect fit no problem, the other boot was so stressful for me because he had to add leather and make it match and add a zipper, when I finally picked it up it was perfect!! Communication between him and his son was outstanding. If I ever need boot repair again I will definitely be back!!

Lea: Called and spoke with Alex. Explained the issue with my backpack and how the seam was coming undone where it zips up. I was was only in town for 5 days. They got it all done for me right before I left. Impressed with the quick level of professional service and didn’t mind paying a little extra for rush service. Highly recommend these guys. I brought in a pair of white LV sneakers that were in pretty rough shape - there were scratches all over the leather and stains everywhere. But when I went to pick them up today, I was seriously impressed they were able to get rid of the ladder. They looked as good as new! I'm so happy I get to walk around in my favorite pair of shoes again!

Robert Anderson: If you need a dress shoe resoled or repaired, go here.Their stripping and polishing are crazy good.Suppose you need a high gloss for military, fire, or police. GO HERE. Their work holds up to a minimum of six months of polishing work.Suppose you bring them already pretreated boots. Meaning it is already weatherproofed. Ask them to do a double stripping. It costs $10 more but is worth it and has that high gloss hold.They also do repairs on designer bags. Leatherwork is their thing. So if there is a stitching or blem you need to be repaired, bring it to them.

Not only was Mike friendly and knowledgeable, but he was also able to re-heel both of my shoes on the spot! He originally told me he could do one pair while we waited, and I could leave one pair with him to be picked up in a few days; however, I think when I told him that I needed my shoes for work, Mike decided out of the goodness of his heart to help me by re-heeling both of my pairs of boots while we waited! I know that this is not typical, and I was so very surprised and extremely grateful! Talk about OUTSTANDING customer service and the real "old school" way of doing business-- Mike epitomizes the hospitality and values that all businesses should aspire to have. Cathy Andrle: I had a pair of wedge sandals that was about 20 years old, the kind with the plasticky cork style. The wedge platform itself was disintegrating, although the leather upper and insole was in great condition. Mike was able to remove the old sole and create an entirely new base, giving these beloved sandals a new lease on life! The work was beautifully done, and completed much more quickly than I had anticipated, in a couple of days! I am so happy that I found this incredibly talented shoe repair shop, and will be sure to bring all my leather repair needs to Mike in the future!!

William Kaufman: Turned my old boots into something that I can wear around town. Service was quick for a heel remodel a outsole repair. Took about 3 hours.Price was a tad expensive costing about $165. However, they provided a free a shoe shine as well. I will go back for future shoe repairs.

Alexis Rodriguez: We come here for all shoe needs! This last trip was absolutely above and beyond. We asked for our boots to be dyed black and Shoe Lab delivered. Be prepared it was expensive and it did take about 15 weeks. We were made aware of this before drop off and we accepted the conditions of service. I have attached a before and after.
