Excellent place. Nice decoration, very nice service and really good foot. We have the tiramisu at the end and even the desert was good, which is not a norm for a crab place.
Our waiter took care of us and the service was perfect!

Cathy McGa: I have been coming here for over 5 years now when I am in town and have never been disappointed. The staff are as amazing as the pan roast. All of the food is fresh hot and flavorful. The white sangria is delicious. The chefs work to please and yes, occasionally there is a wait but they work quickly to get you seated. The Ceasars salad is excellent. I have never been disappointed. Would definitely recommend.
Christopher Regets: This place is as good as the one at Palace Station, but without the waiting because they have much more seating. It probably helps that it is away from the tourists as well.We had the Seafood Combo Pan Roast along with a bowl of New England Clam Chowder and a half dozen Roasted Oysters. All three items were excellent and came out really quickly.We sat at the bar and the cook/bartender was friendly and attentive. I don't have much else to add. Like I mentioned up front, if you like the one at Palace Station, or even South Point, you'll like this one as well.

Special dinners for wine pairing and special occasions make this a local jem.Dietary restrictions: Always looking out for a family member with unique dietary restrictions. Chef takes care of them.

My son and I have been patronizing since they first opened once quarantine was lifted. The restaurant is always clean and tidy and I love seeing the open kitchen. We go about once a week the cod fish n chips with side of curry and mushy peas is my absolute go to! The trifle is also sooooo worth getting. It's my special treat at the end of the night. His chowder is also phenomenal with chunks and bacon and clams and it's gluten free to boot! You can't even tell the difference my mom who is extremely picky even loves it! I recommend this place to everyone locals and tourists. My friends from England all agree this is the most authentic fish n chips you can get here in Vegas and I agree! Don't wait any longer and visit the shop asap. Everything is made fresh daily the fish, batter, chips are cut fresh every morning, chowder, peas, curry ALL OF IT! The tartar sauce TOO and it's the best I've ever had in my 37 years. They are closed Sunday and Monday which in a 24/7 town it's a bummer but these aweosme fellas deserve days off!Vegetarian options: I don’t know how but he managed to make a delicious vegetarian fried fish filet!!!! And a vegan tarter sauce so yummy!

Reggie Miller: A couple of friends took us out to dinner while we was visiting Las Vegas. Had the prime rib it was cooked the way I wanted medium rare. The horseradish sauce was splendid I didn’t care for the au jus it lacked flavor. Baked potato with butter & sour cream and Caesar salad that I ate as sides was excellent!! Waitstaff was very friendly also the gentleman host who greeted us was very friendly excellent levels of professionalism to go around! Whoo! Overall a very pleasant and awesome experience eating at Tuscany Grill restaurant!! After a long road trip to the west coast from New York it was nice to eating out at a fabulous restaurant! Dallas M: My family and I reside in the far Northwest part of the city, but wanted to try a new Italian restaurant somewhere in Henderson for a change. I discovered this place after a Google search and my family agreed to try it out. Since it was still earlier in the day, we called and made a reservation just in case, and it was a good thing that we did because the place was busy when we walked in.The service was exceptional from the time we walked in the restaurant to when we were escorted to our table, and throughout the night from our server.We ended up ordering the Seafood Fradiavlo, Chicken Piccata, Spaghetti and Meatballs, and Bruschetta. The food quality, along with price-to-quantity ratio were exceptional. Definitely will be back if we are ever in the area again. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!!
Tom Price: Tried Tuscany Grill after reading reviews and recommendations from other sites. We were not disappointed. Made reservations arrived on time for our anniversary dinner. We were greeted at the door and seated right away. Sherri was our server and was absolutely great. Wine list was very nice and not too pricey. Ordered wine and mozzarella square appetizer . Delicious! Our entrees came timely and were so good and fresh! We were then surprised when a slice of homemade cheesecake came on the house because it was our first time there. To die for! What a great meal and experience. We will be back soon!
RayRay 2021: The service at Tuscany is always friendly and perfect perfect from the Maitre D's to the servers and bus persons! The food is great but even though I give it a five-star rating, I personally fo like my chicken breast to be pounded a little more thinner, but then, everybody has their own tastes. The portions of food are definitely overwhelming, as there is always enough to take home in to go box.
