JD Ornelas: Sad to see this Glamping World location go away. The location was perfect. The should have been an actual RV sales location, but the powers that be wouldn't let it happen from what I was told. Anyhow, way nicer and more convenient than the LV location.The store was always clean and organized. The employees were always friendly, helpful and they mostly always had what I was wanting.

Michael Albinski: Our salesman Jeff was a really awesome. He let us know up front when we needed to know, And make sure that we knew everything about the trailer before we purchased it. He walked us to a couple other ones to show us other options. I'll tell you what when we left there we weren't wondering a thing everything was taken care of! The delivery guy even brought it to the RV park before we even got there. I cannot express how much camping world has done for us but specially Jeff we appreciate you. Thank you again! It's so rare these days, that I truly did not think such people existed anymore. The whole team—but especially Klaus—renewed my faith in humanity. Not even kidding. He's as rare as a set of Al-ko wheel bearings in Nevada.Even though I live 200 miles from this Camping World, from now on, it will be where I go for service, supplies—and eventually a new camper when the time comes. The fact that Camping World is able to attract and retain such quality humans as Klaus, Kurt, Kevin, and Mac, speaks volumes and has restored my faith in them as a company, as well.

Phil Masaoka: I really like the tech who came over yesterday. His name is Dalton and he is extremely knowledgeable about RV systems. Fixed my water heater issue quickly and replaced the city water inlet. Really polite, friendly, and professional. Probably the best RV tech I've used! Some parts need to be ordered and the remaining work needs to be done but I believe Dalton will do an excellent job. Thank you Hal's!
JJ: Dalton and Bill came all the way out to Calville Bay RV park in Lake Mead National Park and helped me install a starlink high performance dish on my roof. They did an excellent job of communicating what needed to be done and all available options and worked in a timely manner to complete the job. I would highly recommend 5/5 stars!

James2emilyh: Worked with these guys for years, and they never fail to impress with their professionalism and above all their know-how. These guys have repaired our slide out, the hydraulic leveling, several plumbing issues, and several electrical issues. Most recently they installed a robust solar system and lithium batteries for our boondocking adventures. We love these guys and probably should have given this review a long time ago. Peggy Clark: My experience started yesterday. I went in to get some parts for my RV and when I got to the parts counter, I showed the gentleman working there the picture of the model number of the part I needed. Dusty, the gentleman working the parts counter, then asked me a couple of questions and then told me the part was in stock and he'd be right back with it. While he was getting my part, I found a replacement toilet that I wanted to get. That was when his stellar customer service came out. He informed me that if it didn't fit, I could bring it back and either exchange it for one that fits or get a refund, whichever I preferred as long as I had the receipt.Today I took the toilet back and exchanged it for one that would fit. While I was there, I asked him about getting a replacement air conditioner for my RV. I described it to him and again he had exactly what I wanted.He made sure to explain everything to me so I understood what he was talking about. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. This wonderful man made the whole process painless and efficient. He was very patient, polite, professional and personable. In my opinion, he deserves recognition for his outstanding customer service.
