Kay Faunce: I recently moved into Cactus Valley after living in a similar facility in Henderson. The difference in the two facilities is amazing. This apartment is much larger for the same cost. Management and staff have been very friendly and helpful. The food and food service are top notch here. My maintenance requests have been taken care of by the next day. The residents have been friendly and helpful in introducing me to the various activities and have made me feel right at home. I amvery happy that I chose Cactus Valley as my new home.
Tim Adams: The staff is very attentive and caring to all of the residents. There are so many activities that you need to plan your day in order to enjoy yourself. The facility is very clean, open and bright. The food is excellent and the chef appreciates suggestions and recipes. Michelle is the Senior Living Consultant and she will welcome you and help you begin a wonderful stay at Cactus Valley.

Whoever put the designs together was very detail oriented. There are so many amenities this facility has that makes it a true Resort. I personally highly recommend this facility for your loved ones.

M B: If you’re going to live in Vegas then this is where you want to be. It is only 20-30 minutes away from the strip. It’s quite yet convenient to the hustle and bustle of Downtown Las Vegas. There’s only one way to do vegas. Sleep until 4pm, dress casually and hit the strip for food, drinks and whatever your little heart desires. Yeah it’s like that 😎
Karl Rose: We have been here for 3 years. I love it. The master plan, community layout, is well thought out. Coming into Lake Las Vegas, looks like a Tuscany Village or Valley, beautiful. Our home is built with craftsmanship, quality. The people here are welcoming and nice, they have answers to all your questions.

Ron Chu: Beautiful homes with many models in a resort environment near Las Vegas Lake. A community for seniors and seniors with grown children. A little far from the strip and other communities but it is a fast growing location.We are from out of town. We do not know much about the builder to give it a five star. The model homes are beautifully decorated and furished. According to the sales associate, that adds about 25 to 30 percent to the home price. Getting one of the sample homes may be a good move.

Hargate: My dad has been living at Revel for a year and a half. It has exceeded our expectations and continues to be top notch. I especially am appreciative of Jane, the director for her love and devotion to each and every resident. I truly feel like she cares for them as if they were her family. The place is always immaculate, the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating and my dad is so happy there. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a retirement community/home for a family member.

Bob Gray: This is a beautiful new facility with friendly staff and great amenities. It has food service, entertainment, exercise, crafts, learning, and social spaces. Resident transportation is provided. The location is close to shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and healthcare facilities. We enjoyed a resident get-together event and have been attending an on-site UNLV/OLLI course. We'll definitely consider Carnegie Heights when we're ready for a senior living lifestyle.

All The Things: I have a loved one who resides at Carnegie Heights, and at the first moment that we entered this beautiful building, we knew he was "Home". Val gave us an in-depth tour and then we got to sit with Cassie and Michelle as well to make sure that all of our questions were answered! From the stunning lobby area with soaring ceilings, cozy fireplace and welcoming seating areas, to the wall of windows overlooking one of two courtyards, the attention to detail is stunning. The gals at the front desk are always quick with a smile and greet frequent visitors and residents by name, and I constantly see the management out and about in the building interacting with residents and guests. Julie and Steve work tirelessly to create awesome activities and bring value with community partnerships, classes and seminars. My loved one is so happy with the dining options and enjoys the ever-changing specials and soups created by Head Chef, Sierra. His room is tidied up by the loveliest housekeeping staff and, if he has any issues within his unit, the maintenance staff, led by Donny, are quick to respond! My person doesn't always take advantage of the plethora of on-site activities, but I'm always impressed by the offerings that are available to residents and I love seeing groups of folks gathering for different events. Carnegie Heights is basically a cruise ship on land, and I've been so impressed with our experience!

Roger Kisby: before I moved her closer to me out-of-state. The staff and caregivers were the standout. They made sure she was safe, eating well and went above and beyond to help her adjust to the new surroundings. The food could be better but my mother didn't seem to mind which is all that matters.
Michelle Murlin: She made it easier to handle all the pain I'm going through right now, trying to make the right decisions for my Mother. They're lucky to have such a wonderful woman working there.

HARRY cavounis: Suffering from dementia and Alzheimer"s is frightening for the person and family. After the hardest task of finding a skilled facility I was the most comfortable with Merrill Gardens Memory Care. I knew I had made the right choice. I cannot say enough about the staff for the wonderful care they have given to my sister, from fixing her hair, polishing her nails and just so many other things that I could not mention as it would take too long. I find it extremely hard to express how everyone of the staff mattered to our family. The love and care you provided for Joan was done with the grace of angels. I cannot thank you enough. Linda Castle: Our loved one has been at Merrill Gardens at Siena Hills since mid 2018. In the beginning she was in the beautiful assisted living building, and in July 2019 she moved to the Memory Care Garden House. The staff are all the most caring, loving, concerned, capable, aware, tolerant, kind, gentle, human beings caring for human beings that anyone could possibly imagine. I've seen each and every one of the care-givers watching the residents constantly to make sure they are comfortable, not in harms way, and talking to them as if they were their own. Each of the residents is "included" in the activities by Julie LeGrand, the Activities Director, and the care-givers, filling their days with laughter, happiness, music & entertainment that they remember, therapy pets that bring light to their eyes and a smile to their faces and an obvious warmth to the hearts of these dear residents. Julie and all the care-givers bring a "quality of life" to all the residents that they could not possibility get anywhere else. When our loved one came to the Memory Care Garden House at Merrill Gardens Siena Hills she wasn't doing really well over all. Over the last 7 months she has always got a smile on her face and has a new attitude and quality of life, without question due to Julie and all the care-givers. We are constantly in awe of everyone associated with Merrill Gardens at Siena Hills. Our deepest appreciation to them all!
Judy Marshak: The staff has been very helpful in helping my in-laws acclimate to their new lifestyle. They are enjoying the facility, meals, and activities. They moved in two weeks ago, and everyone has been very nice.

Lanie is the world's best person and director. My mother is as happy as she can be. This is only 2 miles from where we live so it is most convenient. Everyone is as pleasant as they can be. Susan Chun: Mom's friend suggested we consider Merrill Gardens at Siena Hills so we went to visit and were warmly welcomed. Dawn did a nice job taking us on a tour and explaining the available options. The place was quiet and clean. The residents had nice smiles. The caregiver staff we ran into were very friendly and their longevity and experience were comforting. We were treated to lunch in their dining room where Ryland, our server, made us feel like family. We left with an overall positive impression.

Pnw Ben: I cannot say enough or express enough appreciation for the staff here. Mom wanted to stay at home but due to her care needs was not able to. We were trying to find a place for her to go from rehab, in March, just as Covid-19 hit. We tried to place her here at Prestige but there was no room so we got on the waiting list. The only place available and willing to accept her she was very unhappy in. Fortunately 3 weeks after getting her placed at the other facility, I got a call from Rachel at Prestige letting me know they had a room available. The staff was already very busy due to covid, but dealing with them these past 8 months, has made me have nothing but appreciation and respect. Mom has never been happier. She absolutely loved it there. The food is great, and mom is picky. When she went on hospice last month she said she wanted to die there with her friends, meaning the staff. I cannot tell you how accommodating and helpful each and every one of the staff members have been, which made a world of difference since I live in Seattle. I cannot believe how they have pulled it all off and all the while being friendly and so helpful. Mom passed on New Years Eve, but she was so very happy prior to leaving us. I would not hesitate in the least to recommend Prestige of Henderson to place a loved one. From the greeting they gave her when she arrived to how good of care they gave her I have nothing negative to say. And mom could be hard to care for and was not very sociable, but she genuinely loved the staff, the food, and her apartment there. All that made her end of life easier for her and her loved ones. Thank you so very much for all the care and comfort for mom! -Ben-
Kelly Evans: My father has been living at Prestige Henderson for the past 17 months. He moved out of our home and into Prestige because he was bored and felt he would have more excitement living among people closer to his own age. We looked at many other assisted living facilities before he moved in, but Prestige seemed to have more of a “family feel”, which fit perfectly with his personality. About 9 months after he moved in, he had a medical incident for which he was hospitalized and then moved to rehab for a few weeks. When he returned, the staff was amazing. They went above and beyond our expectations, with such care and compassion towards him while he was recovering. The staff is always friendly, kind and caring and willing to do anything they can to ensure the residents are happy. I have personally stopped by to have lunch with Dad and other residents and they are happy and just lovely to converse with. The staff have also been very helpful, and a great resource for me and my husband. They give us peace of mind that Dad will be safe and well cared for. Finally, I’d like to congratulation the entire staff for their heroic efforts to keep COVID-19 out of the facility. To date, there has not been one case! Way to go Prestige Healthcare Heros!
K West: My 89 year old father moved into Prestige last January when he could no longer live alone. He make an easy transition as he was welcomed by the caring and attentive staff at Prestige. He enjoys the staff, the food, the daily activities, and especially the frequent "field trips". We are very happy we chose Prestige.

I toured assisted living homes around the valley and it didn't take me long to realize that my Dad truly belonged at Pacifica Senior Living and memory care at Green Valley, Henderson. The staff and care takers are exceptionally trained . I am kept informed on his daily care and personal needs. The front desk receptionist, Laurie, is always reaching out to help so many that walk through the front doors. The Cottages are kept so tidy and very safe. I believe that it was a true blessing to have met Jackie Casillas and Julie Mason. They are amazing people and I feel like a part of a big and beautiful family. Thank you to all at Pacifica Green Valley!

Her room is lovely and the cottage she's in is adorable! The entire staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The grounds are very safe and well kept. She's made friends and is very comfortable in her surroundings. I feel that she's receiving excellent care and I know I made the right choice for my mother! Sharon Killian continues to be extremely caring, kind, and can be counted on to help with any question or concern that may arise. Richard Dryer: Excellent and caring staff. The cottage concepts provides a calming environment and continuity for clients. My mother has been here for over two years and I find it to be excellent for her. She is familiar with her surrounding. I would recommend them for their love ones.
Angie Simerda: She and Ann moved furniture into the room and decorated it to give it a familiar just like home feel. We live out of state so updates via email, text and phone calls are critical and Sharon has been awesome to communicate with us. Pacifica Senior Living Green Valley as cottage style living where each of the residents has their own room in a small cottage with small group Community dining and personalized care. The staff here are very caring and compassionate and provide excellent care to the residents. They specialize in memory care and are very well trained in handling residence with all stages of dementia. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a home Lake, caring environment for your loved one.

Adriana Christensen: The initial employee that I worked with was Al, he was exceptional in reassuring me that my mother was being left in good care. He answers all calls and texts very promptly and that was soothing during a time period of high stress.The facility is very clean and there are a lot of activities for the residents to participate in. The staff really encourages the residents to participate; this was great for us because at first my mom was shy due to the fact that she has limited speech because of the stroke. The staff really went out of their way to make her feel at home and included. Everyone knows her name and daily routine. This place makes you feel like your loved one is the only one they are taking care of. My mother absolutely loves all of the staff! From the girls that help her out daily with her room needs to the medication staff that help her after hours. Joel, Mercy and Janie were a joy to deal with. I would recommend this facility to anyone who was looking for a place to care for their loved one. Mira Loma is top notch and I will forever be grateful for the care they have given to my mother.
Lucy Smith: Really lovely community. I have toured a LOT of buildings, and this one has heart! The team there is warm and genuine, and the residents seemed very active. Appreciated that they took time getting to know what is important to my parents, and went the extra mile to demonstrate that during their tour. Also appreciated the COVID precautions they are taking.
Mary and Marc: Can't say enough good about the administrators and staff at Mira Loma. They are very caring and go out of their way to be helpful. With covid-19 making everyone's life difficult, they do their best to accommodate both residents and their families. They get our highest recommendation.

Scott Derringer: I am a physical therapist and I work in home health. During my experience with home health, I have had many patients at this facility. The facility is very clean and beautifully decorated with lots of open space. They have an extensive activity program and have nice exercise and game rooms. Even with all of this, the thing that I was most impressed with was the care and professionalism of the staff. The staff here are truly caring and attentive. As a health care professional, I notice many things on facilities like this that others might miss, and I must say that Prestige is a fantastic place if you are considering assisted living for yourself or a family member.
Elizabeth Jacobson: I stayed at Mira Loma for over two weeks for a respite stay between rehab and home. The staff were outstanding and all were team members. They really care for the residents and go out of their way to help each resident. They treat everyone with respect. They have a supervisor of house keeping who is excellent. Cecelia at the front desk is so helpful. Francis who drives the residents to doctor's appointments and on outings is outstanding and should be made employee of the month at sometime. All the administration are great. All of their team members are outstanding.
Paul L. (Pauly): I was employed here from 08/2013 to 10/2015. Absolutely loved working here. Jeff is the best maintenance director. I was his assistant during my employment and I never had a bad day. The management and staff know how to really take care of seniors.
Lauren Ballardini: It is never an easy decision to place a loved one in a facility. When the need arose for my father-in-law, Joe, to live with caregivers, we offered our home to him. He refused as he said he didn’t want to be a burden and wanted to live with others more like him. After looking at several facilities, we chose Prestige and are so glad we made that choice.Joe moved in the spring of 2017. He has been well cared for by each and every professional there. There are so many activities available daily that are diverse and fun. We tease that it is like a cruise ship with all that is going on each day. We wish Joe would participate in more activities but they respect his wishes to just hang out in his apartment to watch a football game or Nascar.As Joe’s needs have increased, the staff has been wonderful in providing him with the additional care he needs. It feels like we are a team that together are working to provide the very best for him. Joe loves all of the staff and they treat him like he’s family. They laugh and kid with him which makes him feel special.I am always amazed when I come by how many of the staff remember who I am as well. This place has truly been a blessing and we will be forever grateful for all that they have done and continue to do for Joe.

The Care Staff are sensitive, caring, kind, and equally as important, most efficient. All of my concerns have always been met with cooperation, solutions, kindness, and professionalism from Care Staff and Management. The Facility is beautiful, clean, and joyful; music plays daily, this is so important for residents. The menu provided to residents is nutritionally balanced and varied; I always review it on my visits. Vineyard is the most perfect place for my spouse!

I’ve been in this specific community to serve patients on hospice care and the communication with the healthcare team has always been so smooth and seamless in regards to patient care and what the team may need from me or vice versa. Markita is a caregiver who is devoted to providing personalized quality care to all residents in a safe manner. She truly has a knack for caring for the residents like one of her own loved ones. She has always been very supportive and helpful when it comes to collaborating care routines to better the resident. Vineyard Henderson makes my job easy. Andre Shannon: Moving my grandfather into a facility where he had to be cared for full time was hard. I knew it was the right thing to do after meeting with Rudy. He was so vibrant and lively in his role. His personality was genuine when providing us information we would need to make a vital decision for my whole family. He was transparent with move in info and costs. He definitely went above and beyond to make the transition easier for my family. The director, Allie has was very welcoming to me and was able to answer questions and guide me in the right direction by being open and honest in sharing personal experiences involving her own loved ones. She played an avid role in advocating for my grandfather by asking questions, making sure our needs were met and staying in the know of all care provided while he was under their care. Overall, I’d o had to make the unfortunate decision in placing another family member in a community I would choose this one all over again.

Winter Bruschi: The staff, Queenie, Alex, Honey, Vera and the Owner, Elena are just an amazing group of people. They are very attentive and friendly. Anytime I stopped by to check in and visit my mom, I was greeted with a smile, a very clean environment and busy kitchen of meal prep aromas busy in the making. My mom was bathed and dressed every morning even when there was really no place to go . They kept my mother company, very comfortable, clean and happy up through her final moments. I am very grateful to the staff for taking such good care of mom.
