Pam R: Food is good, but everything has way too many carbs. Almost everything is served with bread and potatoes, and a bit greasey. If you order a tea at $4.25, a refill will cost you another$1.25! The side salad I received was fresh, only 1 grape tomato, but a sufficient amount of radishes, but barely any dressing. The sweet potato fries were delicious!I ordered the pot roast entrè. It came on a piece of yummy, Amish milk bread, a layer of grilled, mashed red potatoes on top of it, and small pieces of pot roast in gravy. The gravy was delicious, but not much pot roast. Like I said, lots of carbs, but not much protein on this dish, although gravy and potatoes were good!

John Micheal: Brhia is the best of the best. Claim Jumper is very lucky to have an employee like her. She is a bartender at this location and is the best of the best. She is kind, efficient, and most of all genuine. If you feel like Claim Jumper TRUST TRUST TRUST me when I tell you, this location with Brhia as your server is top of the line with a great happy hour that’s from 3pm-7pm. You may have to sit in the bar area to have her as a server but it is a nice size bar with plenty of booths and a great big bar top. The kitchen staff also did great. To eat I enjoyed the happy hour order of Mozzarella Sticks, then from the all new menu I enjoyed the seared ahi tuna salad and for my entree the roasted tri tip with roasted veggies and mashed potatoes. Everything I ordered was presented beautifully and tasted amazing.!! I enjoy becoming a regular where I dine and spend my money, always having the same server, so I took the opportunity to ask Brhia when she works and she is there weekly except Mondays and Tuesdays. Go to this location give this happy hour a try and make sure you ask for Brhia you will not be disappointed her personality alone will make me go back and it will make you go back as well. Elisabeth Shen: Choosing a Japanese restaurant in Henderson, NV is risky, you wouldn’t think that it could be better than California’s Asian food, right? This eatery bamboozled our mindset of that thought! We were absolutely delighted that we chose this restaurant and it had a high rating to boot! Not only was the food amazing, so was the service! The atmosphere is kind of trendy and it gets crowded, sitting is limited! We travel through the Southwest desert yearly and we try to visit as many eateries as we can, and we will definitely remember and return to Hiroba Sushi!

Daniel McClenahan: Went for a late Lunch meal, and while there weren't a great amount of customers we assumed it was because we were late for the lunch crowd and early for the dinner crowd. We were sat immediately and were given Edamame and cucumber in a very tasty rice wine vinegar. The edamame was fine and the cucumbers were very flavorful. We ordered the Lisa Hand Roll and it was perfect, tasty, and good sized while a more expensive roll its highly recommended. I'm a fan of cream cheese in .y rolls and while I know it's far from traditional the Monkey Roll was so good I don't feel even the smallest bit ashamed of ordering something far from traditional. The Flower Rolls are both beautiful and expertly executed and the cuts are extremely fresh. All in all I can't say more than 10 out of 10 and will absolutely be coming here again!Parking: Don't let its location in a Strip Mall deceive you. This is SERIOUSLY GOOD SUSHI!

We also ordered the Flower Roll which was excellent and provided pictures below of it. The rolls are also not that expensive which was another reason to drive a little further from the strip. First let's talk about the service, the staff was very upbeat, fast, and knowledgeable. The prices were very reasonable. We had a 20 ounce porterhouse and medallions with lobster tail. Another plus was sides are included with meals on most food entrees. The food was excellent, everything was cooked perfectly. This is a hidden gem. If you follow my reviews you know I give it to you straight and you want to visit this steakhouse. You will not leave unhappy
