Fred Jepson: I rented a property managed by Nevada Desert Realty for 7 years and discovered it is possible to love a property management team! They were always personable and helpful, and always responded quickly to service orders I submitted - sprinkler leak, rumbling water heater, automatic garage door - they always had someone out the very next day, and the one time my AC faltered it was the same day. That alone would be enough for 5 stars, but there are also they times they went above and beyond, like when I accidentally paid my rent twice in one month and they rushed to get the extra payment back into my account before an overdraft tsunami overtook me. Anna & Amber and the gang took care of not just the property but me as well, and I hope to shelter under their wing again one day. It's scary out here...

Jeff Segnere: Eloff is nothing short of incredible. Don’t even give it a second thought - save yourself time, money, and energy, and use him as your agent. I had to sell a home from over 2500 miles away, and it needed repairs after being rented for several years. The home was originally listed for sale with an agent through the rental management company, and the home sat on the market for six months. No activity at all. So, I called Eloff based on his online reviews. Told him what I needed and he said he would be happy to help. And help he did! He was at the home within 2 days to figure out why it wasn’t selling. He immediately identified repairs that were needed and gave remodeling tips that would help make the home more marketable. But I live 7 states away – I don’t know anyone to get the work done, and certainly I can’t supervise anything. No problem. Eloff knows everyone to get the job done. Even big jobs were done in less than a week. We listed the home and it was under contract FOR OVER ASKING PRICE within two days! TWO DAYS! Two days later, his photographer took 48 absolutely stunning photos of the interior and exterior of the property and the listing was live a day later on all the relevant real estate websites. We listed the property for about $10,000 above what comparable houses were selling for in the neighborhood. 24 hours after the listing went live, he got me an offer for $10,000 above asking and 24 hours after that, he got me an offer for $15,000 above asking, which I accepted. In 48 hours after the listing went live, Eloff got me $25,000 more than what I was expecting to get for my property. The contract process was completely handled painlessly via email and we closed sooner than expected. I could not be happier! I have another property that I need to sell and one I need to buy after that. I will ask Eloff to handle those transactions and any other future real estate transactions I might find myself in.
Wayne Bernath: I sold an upscale house in the Robindale Tamarus neighborhood for $400,000 in 2016 and am having sellers remorse. I asked Eloff Perez if he could rent it out for me at $2,500 and he said no. I shouldn’t have listed it but I did we were coming out of the Great Recession and house prices were coming back. I had a property manager that said he could get $2,500. Eloff said anybody that would pay $2,500 would buy a home. Zillow now estimates rent at about $3 600. I made the mistake of listing it when he refused to rent it and mAnage it. It now is worth $690,000 but was as high as $700,000 and the owners couldn’t get that amount after listing it for a month. I blame myself.

The next morning I have a repair man at my house because Black & Cherry notified him of the break in, the repair man measured the broken window, had his shop vac and cleared the garbage disposal of glass and took more pictures of all the damages from the kitchen, master bedroom and back door. We are so grateful for the prompt assistance of Black & Cherry in making the repairs in less than 24 hours. Black & Cherry made this extremely scary and stressful experience easier to handle. Cristina Ramirez: We started looking for homes in Vegas area right after Covid, one listing that we fell in love with, was listed by Erik Coulter, so we emailed him and told him about our search for a home in Vegas and that we weren’t in a big hurry to find a house. He sounded very nice, and very knowledgeable on the phone. We gave him our criteria of 3-bed, two bath, single story, large lot, built after year 2000, and costing around $300,000. He started sending us different listings online, after a while we started picking out homes that we liked, and we made an appointment with him to show us those homes.Our first house hunting trip started on Monday 4/26/2021. We drove from LA, and stayed in hotel overnight. We met Erik at the first house on our list next day morning. He suggested that we should see different areas of Vegas to familiarize ourselves since we’re out of towners. He took us to Henderson, North Vegas, Aliante, the Three Finger Lake and so forth. Afterwards we followed him to each of the homes on the list. We never felt pressured for time or a decision about a house. He would answer all of our questions no matter how insignificant or trivial. In the afternoon we discussed with him what we liked or didn’t, he made some notes, and we drove back to Los Angeles.When we got home he had already sent us a new set of homes that were based on our new set of preferences that we had given him back in Vegas. This process was repeated 7 more times over the span of 2 years. He also suggested that we should try to use google earth to orient and familiarize ourselves with the different neighborhoods.After driving to Vegas for about 3 more times, and looking at additional 20 homes; in June of this year we opened escrow on a Probate sale home and closed it on 7/28/2023. Throughout the 27 months of house hunting, Erik let us have all the time we needed, he never complained or pressured us to make any buy decisions, everything went without a hitch. We loved working with him and recommend him highly. In our opinion he is the best realtor one could ask for.
