C&SB: Fantastic service and food. Prices are reasonable and we ordered a lot of things to try.We came in before a big group. There was a customer who must have gotten there first from the group who seemed to us to be ordering the 2 servers around. Not meanly but just kinda took over. We thought she was a manager at first. She caused some confusion as her group poured in and she pointed out where they should sit, the waitresses were left standing there as she took over. Finally as people sat down and we didn't, one waitress realized we were not with that group and asked us to make sure. As soon as we said we were not with them, she sat us and then made sure our order was put in before theirs. She gave excellent service and our food came out in record time. We were thankful she realized the oversight. The confusion was because of the controlling customer and not the staff. Idk if this group had called ahead. But it didn't seem like it. I hope they tipped her well. We made sure we tipped over 20% because she really went the extra mile for us. I wish we'd gotten her name. We were there Saturday afternoon 8/12/23 if that helps.

The ramens were all very good with excellent pasta cooking, fresh and crunchy vegetables, a good broth.The mochis were also delicious.Very good service.A good alternative to American food as a tourist from France.Too bad we are just passing through, otherwise we would come back!

R M: Has some the best ramen in town love there other location. With that service for kids is amazing and the kids meal is huge. S K: . It’s similar to an airplane lavatory and very off-putting. Then, they hired a waitress who apparently had had no training on proper food handling as she will put your drink on the table by grabbing the rim such that her thumb ends up inside the glass. The same goes for the food bowls. I mean INSIDE and almost touching the liquid. I’ve also seen her handle things like money, then go to handling food items without washing her hands. Also, when ordering things like extra noodles, if they remember to do so, they don’t bring them out until I’m almost done with the meal. Hopefully you don’t have any issues with anything because it takes a looooong time for the wait staff to come around and check on things.

Perchishha ._.: My family and I drove by decided to try it out and had a great night. 10/10 service 10/10 atmosphere 10/10 ramen. The Mochi Icecream is soooo goood!UPDATE: coming back a year later our server Zoey was fantastic, very friendly and accommodating making our experience even better. I had the spicy miso ramen and it was 🔥 in the spice and quality. Atmosphere was clean and kempt. A great restaurant to take the family❤️
Jonathon Jeffries: I have been coming to Ramen Craft since shortly after their opening almost a year ago and they quickly became my favorite ramen shop. While I am someone who will find something I like and tend to stick with it, my wife is the more adventurous one and has walked the menu throughout our various trips here and from all the tastes I've had I can honestly say that everything here is amazing. The staff is incredibly friendly, the owner Devin and server Zoey are very welcoming and usually remembers a face if you've been here before. The spicy miso is an absolutely amazing go to with it's light spice and savory broth playing off of the handmade thick cut noodles perfectly, and they offer a variety of spice levels from mild to daring all the way up to fire breathing. In conclusion, if you're like me and you like supporting local businesses especially when they serve amazing food or you're just someone looking for a tasty ramen experience then I highly recommend you giving Ramen Craft a try!
Erica Lynn: This was our first time at this restaurant. We were greeted by very friendly staff that were super helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. We got the fried mushrooms, pork gyoza, spicy miso ramen, and mochi. Everything was AMAZING! The noodles and broth in the ramen were the best we have had in a long time. They also have a chili paste that you can order on the side, levels 1-10, we got a 3 and that was definitely spicy, I couldn’t even imagine what a 10 would be. But if you love spice this is a great option. Will definitely be our go to ramen place in Henderson.

Anthony Adamo: We love Ramen. Love trying new places and have been to most Ramen joints around town. Just ate there today and have to say Ramen Craft stood out among many of the places we have been. We had the karaage and the black tonkotsu and spicy miso ramen. Thick noodles we got in both ramen were really nice and fresh tasting. Broth was excellent, light, not too thick how we like it. The other additions/fixings all tasted high quality and the egg was done perfectly. Chashu and ground pork were cooked perfectly and tasty also. What stood out on the menu was they had some nice options for different ramens and something unique was the "luxe" options you have to order 24 hours ahead of time featuring lobster, cod, and something else. Definitely priced accordingly but maybe one day we'll get frisky and try a ramen from the Luxe menu. Atmosphere is nice. The place is small, simple and intimate. Service was great. Definitely will return for more and probably has made it into our top 3 places in Henderson for Ramen. Enjoy!

The house fried rice, beef chow mein and mongolian beef were delicious and had distinct flavors.Service: Staff were attentive and checked on our table multiple times. The food was prepared fairly quickly.Atmosphere: The area is clean and the decorations make this place inviting. You feel comfortable right away.

William Wright: . Orders come out very fast. Note: In Summer months, no A/C. So on days like today when it's 110+ outside, it is like South East Asia. No fan either. The only cool blast of air you get, is when someone comes from the kitchen. It is arctic cold in the kitchen. So my advice is to sit in a booth outside that door.

sydney ramsdell: One of our FAVORITE noodle shops of all time, the food is absolutely delicious and you get to watch the chefs make the noodles by hand! Extremely friendly staff that remember you after visiting! One of our favorite dishes from here is the beef brisket noodle, 10/10, another one of our favorites is the house special chow main, 10/10. If your looking at the reviews and haven't come here yet, I would absolutely recommend this place!
