Danielle Lau: I am a student at Touro University across the street from this business and know that it is normally where everyone gets their white coats embroidered, usually during our first year as a fundraiser. However, I missed the fundraiser and with our practice patient encounters starting around the corner, I needed my white coat done in a pinch! Initially I called on a Wednesday and was told it would take about a week which would have been okay, but the gentleman on the phone was very kind and asked if that worked for me/when I needed it done. I told him that by Monday would be the best case scenario. ABC Sign and Embroidery Company exceeded my expectations and let me drop off my coat that afternoon and had it done by the next evening! He even sent me pictures of different font options to choose from so that my coat looked exactly how I wanted when I picked it up. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with how my white coat turned out and with the customer service from ABC Sign and Embroidery Company!
