H L: In March of this year one of my 25-year-old saline implants ruptured. My original plastic surgeon had retired, and I wasn’t familiar with any other surgeons, so I started to do my research. I had already made the decision that I wanted my implants removed and not replaced and had no idea what to expect. I spent a lot of time researching different surgeons and asking my girlfriends who they would recommend. Dr Brown’s name was the most recommended name by everyone. After reading her reviews and looking at her before and after photos I knew I really wanted to meet her. The office went above and beyond to get me in for my consultation. After meeting Dr Brown, I knew there would be no one better to perform my explant and lift and I didn’t even want to look any further. She’s so informative about what she can and can’t do. She was completely honest with me about what I could expect. Just by looking at her you can tell how creative she is and how much pride she takes in her work. Once again, the office went above and beyond to get me scheduled for surgery as soon as possible. I can’t say enough about Dr Brown and her staff. They made me feel so safe and comfortable with the entire process from beginning to end. The surgery went perfectly, Dr Brown’s husband was the anesthesiologist, he was the best, and my recovery was so easy with no complications. Tam Gonzalez: Hayley at Desert Hills Plastic surgery is literally the only cosmetic surgeon I would even consider allowing to perform any procedure on my face or body. I’ve had an implant removal and lift done by Hayley and my scars are nearly invisible. I recovered quickly with no complications. I’ve continued to see her at least once a year for Botox and Juvaderm. My face always looks completely natural and nobody can tell I’ve had any work done but I get lots of compliments on how fresh and young I look. Before meeting Hayley I had injections done at other places and was never once shown the packaging of the injections prior and the results lasted less than 3 months. I was shocked the first time Hayley did my injections because she took everything out of the packages right in front of me as she noted my chart. My injections from Hayley last 10 months to an entire year before I start to see any difference or any need for touch ups. Her surgical assistant Alethea is also fantastic and makes things fun and stress free. I love those ladies and I’m always excited to see them every time I visit their office. Another thing I love about Hayley is she will tell you exactly what will work and what will not work. I can’t even count how many times Ive gone in asking about much more expensive much more invasive procedures that she’s talked me out of because they were either unnecessary or there was a better less intrusive option. I truly appreciate that. Please do not waste your time or your money entertaining any other cosmetic surgeon.Get the RIGHT things done the RIGHT way the FIRST time.

Dr. Brown performed a lower blepharoplasty to remove my eye bags and she did an amazing job. She definitely took a few years off of my face, but more importantly gave back the confidence I once had. I had a consultation with another doctor who gave me other options such as fillers, which I didn’t appreciate because I already knew what procedure I wanted done and it showed that the doctor didn’t have the best results for me in mind. Dr. Brown was straight to the point. She didn’t give me the run around and was very confident in her approach. Fillers weren’t an option for her. I actually wasn’t able to get a consultation appointment with her unless I planned to have the surgery in the next 6 months. Virginia Martino: Dr. Engineer had diagnosed me with Dupuytren Disease in 2021, and with the aggressive form I have I elected to get surgery to permanently remove it. I’m a busy and active person and didn’t want this to inhibit my activities. The first surgery was last July and the clean up surgery to remove the massive amounts of scar tissue was last December. He painstakingly removed it and got me moving 24 hours later with the Lantz unit and it’s been a blessing for my recovery.
