T A: Glen did a fantastic job tuning our Baldwin Acrosonic spinet piano. He came on time and stayed till he tuned every string. The piano was not tuned for a long time and it was moved several times, but watching him do his work was confirmation that he was experienced in working on pianos. He even played the piano after and demonstrated his performance skill level. I highly recommend him for your piano tuning and work. He'll be back in 3 months to do a final tune-up.

Phelan MW: Glen did an outstanding job!He was very cordial. Held a very lovely conversation with my mom while he went to work. Was very thorough, explained all issues with the piano and spend a lot of time making a good effort to get it to perfection.He had one heck of a task, a 1920s piano that has been neglected and abused. He waited no time to disassemble the components and bring it back to life.Before Glen, about 1/2 the keys functioned and everything was out of then.After Glen 95% of the keys functioned perfectly and 98% of the piano is in tune. The issue remains not with Glen but due to the old damages piano. He really accomplished an amazing feat.
Gregory Dark: He came to our house to have our piano tuned. He arrived on time and was polite. Charged $100, cash only. We had a broken key and he fixed it without charge. Piano was very filthy and he cleaned it too. No problems at all.
