Costco Pharmacy has made the transition a much easier experience. I had tried a different pharmacy for an order when I had just moved. My car was in the shop and this place was in walking distance. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. The covering pharmacist refused to fill a lifesaving medication on a holiday weekend without. It's a long story that I'll hold back on.Every contact I've had with the Costco Pharmacy has been above and beyond 5 stars. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. I'm always greeted with a smile. They do a wonderful job keeping conversations discreet. I'm now with Humana and use their mail order pharmacy. However I've experienced so many issues. Now I'm looking at using Costco for my mail order pharmacy to. I feel confident that they will get the job done without the issues that I'm currently experiencing.Hands down Costco Pharmacy is excellent. I have had to pay out of pocket for a few prescriptions during my transition. Costco worked with me to ensure I paid as little as possible. I just can't praise them enough. Thank You Costco!

Kelly Kindler: I got my cat's insulin at Costco but they didn't have the right syringes. Luckily my vet was able to talk another vet into selling me some. Later in the day a gentleman from Costco pharmacy called me to make sure I was in fact able to get the syringes. He was kind and thoughtful on a day when I'm stressed out knowing I have to learn how to give my cat shots. I appreciate that.
