Annissa Pressylla: We stayed here for 1 night at the end of July and it exceeded my expectations greatly! Marcus at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. I was upgraded to a king suite due to my IHG status which was greatly appreciated. They gave complimentary cookies in the evening. The breakfast is generous on what you would expect from a Holiday Inn express. Location is near many shops and dining. Rooms were spacious and clean. Hotel was quiet and not noisey at all for them being sold out. Over all excellent stay!
Jessica: We stayed here before flying out of LAS and we're impressed. The staff at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful. They had popcorn and cookies in the lobby in the evenings for free. The room was cooled down when we arrived. The hallways and elevator were quite warm but our room stayed nice and cold. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bed was very soft and we sank into the mattress as if there was a feather topper of some kind.Breakfast was a very nice spread. Pancakes, various baked goods, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal, fruits, yogurt, juices, coffee and a few other things.We would highly recommend and would stay here again. It was very close to the airport and we didn't have to deal with any of the traffic near the strip.

Paul Mittermiller: We stayed here for a meeting at a nearby medical institute building. The hotel has all the basic amenities and comes with a pretty good breakfast setup with eggs, pancakes, coffee, etc. There is a pool/jacuzzi area that is shared with the hotel next door. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. Air conditioning worked well in the room and in the lobby.Nearby activities: There is a nice tavern/bar across the street that also serves decent food and has a bunch of televisions and activities.

Bryan Clark: Staff was great, both at the front desk and the person at the complimentary breakfast. The rooms are ok. The bed was comfortable, but the bathroom needed some maintenance. The shelving appeared to be coming off the wall, the shower head was usable but broken, and the tub appeared stained. The rooms have large tvs, desk areas, microwave and mini-fridge. They have a nice pool area and plenty of parking.
Joel Gonzalez: If you're ever staying in Henderson, this is a good location to stay at. The staff is friendly, always taking care of you. Every time I walked in they would make eye contact and offer a nice greeting. Housekeeping was always nice and very attentive. Not to mention, the managers welcome snacks in the evening from 5 to 7 were a nice treat. And the location puts you in the middle of so many different things to go, do and see.
Belle: Really nice place to stay however since we were on the first floor we could hear creaks from the top floor and I could barely sleep. The beds were really comfy, spacious rooms and overall a great experienceFood & drinks: Really yummy breakfast options.

Bill S: As I was laying in bed at 4 AM in this sweltering heat near mid August unable to sleep. That darn thermostat refused to be set lowered to below the preset 78 degrees F econ mode no matter how hard I pressed. Could the Nudist Society convening in this hotel have disabled the AC unit in the rooms as a recruiting tactic? But as I recall, they were dressed quite modestly in bathing suits and bikinis last evening in the lobby. Hmm.. Then suddenly I remembered a little display at the front desk counter showing a room card key placed in a slot of a switch which is similar to the one right by the door to my room. Sure enough that was the problem.. The card key needs to go in that switch to allow the thermostat to work._______________________________________Yes I agree with the response from the hotel that the use of the key to activate the thermostat needs to be explicitly told to the customer at check-in. It is unusual setup. Thank you.

Delicious, 6 am, wonderful presentation, free breakfast, including, scrambled and hard boiled eggs, potatoes, bacon, toast, waffles, bagels, juice tea, coffee, milk, cold cereal. I didn’t see any recycling here but didn’t see recycling anywhere in Las Vegas. I spent four week nights here in May and loved it. Very close to a park. Also close to a Catholic Church with a 7:30 am mass.

Ben Justiniano: Jeremy H. checked me in on the afternoon of July 30th and was very professional, informative, and extremely helpful with signing me up for benefits and rewards moving forward. The hotel itself was very well kept with great rooms and the hot and cold breakfast was fantastic. Especially the eggs, which in some hotels are just terrible. June was the name of the gentleman who was running the breakfast area; very friendly, and stopped to talk to me in the midst of easily 50 plus teenage foreign students slamming themselves into the breakfast to eat. The staff handled that rush great; there never appeared to be a lack of food or drinks.
Kevin Hernandez: I just want to say super thank you to the front desk worker that helped me during a travel ordeal and I wish I remembered her name! But I got stuck overnight and all the hotels were sold out and a cancellation just occurred and I was able to get booked overnight for my 6hr stay after a long day - it was super appreciated. Plus my baggage was in my final destination city and the front desk was able to provide me with essentials for the evening. Again thank you!

Beverly Hendrie: Loved it! Our a/c was out for 3 days and we really needed to find some cool sanctuary until it was fixed. The hotel was under construction with remodeling, but we got one of the newly remodeled suites. We were pretty wiped out from all the heat we were staying in at the house, so we stayed in the room except for going out to eat, in which this location provided plenty of restaurants. Very pleasant people willing to help at every corner. And we had our service dog with and they were very accommodating. Would highly recommend this hotel to all. Really good location, and really good service. We will use them again.Rooms: The room we stayed in was a one bedroom suite. And it had a full kitchen so if you wanted to eat in that would be very doable. The showers provided shampoo conditioner and body wash. Very comfortable and very quiet. Oh, and not to mention very clean.Nearby activities: In the immediate area of a couple miles you would have restaurants and grocery stores. If you wanted to go a little further of course you've got casinos and Parks. Banks are within walking distance also. Very nice area.Safety: Your room key card gets you into the hotel so no one could just walk in without a key card.Walkability: If you didn't have a car there's plenty of things nearby you can walk to, including a movie theater and restaurants even a library.Noteworthy details: They serve a pretty cool breakfast. It's do it yourself so you toast everything yourself yet they do serve hot eggs and Black Forest ham croissants. You can also make your own waffles and I thought that was pretty neat.
Jeanette Rodgers: Extremely nice room as expected at a Residence Inn. The breakfast was unexpected, however, with a breakfast burrito of egg, chorizo, hash brown, cheddar that actually was spicy -- to husband's delight. Great breakfast choices. Salsa verde and salsa roja. Greek yogurt. Scrambled and hard-boiled eggs. Cereal. Oatmeal with many topping choices. Good coffee. Enjoyed our stay and our breakfast.

Eric Lloyd: Our stay was good, there were a few things that were wrong and went wrong but they are in the middle of remodeling the rooms at this time they just started to remodel the room's so hopefully they will be done within the next couple of months. Other than that the management was wonderful.

George Johansen: A major deterioration from previous visits to this property. Starting with the desk agent. I know there are staff shortages, but perhaps a simple smile, or “welcome” would be appropriate? Not this time. She bellowed as we walked through the doors “what’s your last name?” Another unsatisfactory issue was apparently a website booking issue, and not the fault of the location.Off to the elevators. The tile floor was cracked and broken into small sharp pieces. Initially, the inside of the room looked good, but on inspection, terrible housekeeping. We found a 1” nail on the floor beside the bed. Mold spots in the shower door track, brown gunk dripping from the bathroom light fixture, and mold spots on the walls. A bit of steam on the bathroom mirror showed that the glass was probably cleaned with the same cloth that used furniture polish.We took the nail down to the desk clerk with all the personality. She simply said thank you.There are a lot of things you can look beyond in our post COVID world, but hygiene and cleanliness are not included in that. And the hotel had the nerve to put a sticker on the door indicating it had been sanitized.We will be anxious to hear that this gets fixed, as we have stayed here many times previously.

Overall I was highly satisfiedWalkability: No walk ability to any main attractions. There is a 24/7 pub literally in the same parking lot that was adequate for late night food cravings
Lucia Flores: Superclean, ample rooms, kind and efficient service. The best breakfast buffet of the Hampton Inns I have visited. It is a little far from the Strip but because of it is quiet. Lots of good restaurants nearby that do not break the bank in the Silverado neighborhood. And we got a good price deal. It's a gem.Safety: It is located in a very safe and nice area.Walkability: You could walk to restaurants but not in the Summer.Food & drinks: They have healthy and fresh food choices. Iced water is also provided.

Elise Moore: Excellent location. Everything you want is within a mile. Clean comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast closes an hour too early on all days. No luggage carts! No decaf in room and desk clerks always too busy to ask for anything. Old school shower head and those teeny bottles of shampoo and conditioner. Upgrade this to rain shower and pump bottles. Nice extra lights at bed. Enough electric plugs. Would I stay again? Yes. The location is excellent and the hotel is fine as long as you know the limitations.

The coffee and cream provided was wonderful. The refrigerator made everything easy. The bathroom had a lot of space the beds were comfortable. Kimberly Andrade: I came her for a business trip. And upon arrival the payment hadn't been processed correctly but the evening staff were able to figure out the problem and fixed everything! This was a very good experience and I recommend this hotel for future endeavors.Rooms: The room was well equipped and very clean.

Czar Careers: Excellent place! The room was clean, quiet, well appointed. Comfy bed, excellent HVAC, free WIFI. The gym is well equipped with cardio machines and free weights. Beautiful outdoor pool area with shaded dining area. The breakfast was excellent with a nice selection of eggs, ham or sausage and waffles, etc. Reasonably quiet location with everything you need nearby in a safe, clean part of town. Will definitely stay there again.

Kristine Griffin: Absolutely beautiful!!! The rooms were great! Service was top class!! All around superb experience!Nearby activities: The Village is the place to go if your not enjoying the pool at the westin! My sis and I ate at Miss Coco for brunch. Undeniably the best brunch I've ever experienced. I say experienced because that is what you get there. They are decorated so ubove and beyond darling, thier drinks are even decorated with cotton candy and gold dust, the food was delish! And not unreasonably priced!! Then we went and got pedis at once upon a nail salon!! And it too was an entirely wonderful experience!!
susan burko-reyes: Everyone there from valet, to front desk, to bell hop, bartender, and most of all the life guards . I’m disabled and had my 3 & 4 year old grandsons and mommy forgot to bring their puddle jumpers so I tried to sit on step with them but they wanted to jump in so I had to jump in pool with prosthetic leg . So the life Guard helped me so much she got in pool and floated them around on her life raft then she went and found 2 kid life vest & floaties and a bunch of pool noodle. Best service from start to finish. I will definitely recommend you to everyone and I will be back next time in town
