All have been very helpful and easy to work with when selecting outdoor furniture, fabrics and accessories. Unfortunately this summer I ran into a significant product issue for items that were delivered late last year. The staff stepped in and coordinated the entire warranty process for me. The replacements were delivered this week. Everything looks great! I’m very happy with Mrs Patio’s customer service! Thanks to everyone at the Henderson location!!!!

Ellen Taylor: I’ve never had such attentive care when shopping for a product. I visited this store seven times in order to ensure I had the Information I needed to make an informed purchase. Every staff in the store were welcoming and happy to assist. Freddy, in particular, was always quick to assure me that he understood my desire to know as much as possible about the product I was buying. I was never rushed, pressured, or made to feel like I was annoying them when I had questions. I recently bought my first outdoor furniture set and it will be in good shape for years to come because Freddy took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. I would also like to add that I did price compare throughout the Las Vegas And Henderson valleys. This was the most affordable store in town with wide array of products for outdoor living furniture and accessories. I’ve referred all my friends!

Lon O'Connell: BBQ Bill designed a BBQ island on his computer for our patio while we sat and watched. Included a Gas grill and a Pellet Smoker. Just what we wanted. Pricing was fair and the finished product was just as we had invisioned. Highly recommend Nevada Outdoor Living and BBQ Bill.
Jimmy C: I just built a brand new home with a pool. I wanted a BBQ Island. I contacted "BBQ BILL" at Nevada Outdoor Living. Bill designed a virtual bbq island on his computer. It was just what I wanted. He gave me a fair price. The island was done in a month. It just was finished today. I am blown away about how nice it looks. All the employees at Nevada Outdoor Living are so very helpfull and nice. They always answer your questions and keep you up to date with your project. You can't go wrong with this company. Tried a couple regular plant pots but each time the water seeped through the sides. This place had the answer. Knew exactly which pots would and wouldn’t work. Found a beauty for unbelievable price. So nice, so helpful.
Rick Drollinger: Nice place. A lot of interesting yard art. Many pieces beat up the paint, from wind. So figure out how to avoid and get some paint.

Sharon F: Would've given 5 Stars, but one of Green Valley store's designer has a bad attitude, rude and pushy. I guess she's proud of her New Yorker aggressiveness attitude. If management doesn't care about the way she runs her mouth, not much one can do besides make a drive elsewhere or order online. Honestly, she needs to work in a environment where she doesn't have any type of communication with humans or even animals.
