Dr Grondel is board certified in orthopedic surgery. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, the Arthroscopy Association of North America and the American Academy of Sports Medicine.
After the completion of his sports medicine and shoulder fellowship, Dr Grondel located in southern Nevada where he has continued to pioneer arthroscopic shoulder surgical techniques. He also continues to advance arthroscopic surgery techniques in all major joints. He has advanced training in Sports Medicine and continues to promote Sports Medicine surgical techniques and Sports health. He also is involved in cartilage replacement surgery.
He has instructed orthopedic surgeons in the latest arthroscopic surgical techniques and sports related injuries. He continues to be active in orthopedic surgery education and conferences. Currently Dr Grondel serves on various committees at St. Rose Hospitals and Parkway surgery center where he is an active proponent for improvement of patient care.

Michelle Hiller: Friendly staff. I was first patient in morning so no waiting. Dr. Wallis was nice, easy to talk with and seamed to be thorough. Prescribed PT and a recheck in 6 weeks. Office called me the next day to check that I had no problems getting in right away for PT. That is something that you don’t get too much these days. I would recommend.
Kyle Petersen: The methylprednisolone seems to be working. I started the medication yesterday, Wednesday. The gluteal muscle is more relaxed and I walk a little better. I will start the PT Wed August 23.

Dwayne Castellarin: As a lifelong ice hockey player it did not surprise me when I finally suffered a major injury to my shoulder. I was disappointed that it meant I would be out for the season, but Dr. Grabow took the time to make sure I got great care and actually recommended non-surgical treatment, which helped to make sure this was not going to be a career ending injury. I found his office staff friendly, the office very professional, and Dr. Grabow is the ultimate expert in his field. I recommend him highly and would trust my friends and family to his care.

Paul And Jan Collin: I recently suffered a broken finger due to a fall while visiting Las Vegas. Dr. Grabow's staff thankfully got me an appointment the same day for a consult. I needed a surgical repair and had surgery within 2 days at Flamingo Surgical Center. The surgery was successful and at each of my follow up visits Dr. Grabow and his staff were very professional and caring. I highly recommend this practice and staff. I am a retired critical care RN and am somewhat hesitant to recommend medical practices unless they go above and beyond to provide first rate care. This staff and Dr. Grabow accomplished that goal.

They were very professional and were able to reduce my hand pain which I am so thankful for! You can tell during your visits that Dr Grabow really cares about his patients. Fyi I had my pain management dr who does my injections in my neck for stenosis do my hand once and it had no effect. If you've tried cortisone in your hands and it didn't work have dr g give it a try!

3 Horses: I had a R-side hip replacement the last week of January 2023, Dr. Crovetti also replaced my L-side one too, in 2019. I stayed in his suites both times, the experience was great, Dr. Crovetti, explained the whole procedure, made me feel at ease, and impressed me with his care of his patients, and a great bedside manner, both gracious and professional. He is certainly one of the best, in his profession. I highly recommend him. The office staff are just as gracious, and professional too. Thank you, to all.
