Marcos Rolon: Great staff, very helpful and the place is near to major freeways and various business. Clean inside and spaciuos and open or cover parking spaces, also fair office rental prices. They also have day office and Meeting rooms at affordable prices. Safe and 24 hours entry for their tenants.

Brian Vasek, Esq.: I am incredibly satisfied with the services at Premier Workspaces. I am an existing tenant and intend to make Premier the home for my business for the foreseeable future. The kitchenette is always clean and stocked. Fresh coffee is provided daily and before COVID-19, Premier provided Einstein Bagels every Friday for their tenants. Billing and invoicing are a breeze and do not require a fancy portal or online service to tender payment. I simply write a check and hand it to the front desk each month. Speaking of which, Lisa and Brigette are incredible! They are polite, professional, and a great face for the front desk when new and existing clients arrive. Several of my clients have commented what a positive first impression Lisa and Brigette are upon arrival. They know every tenant by name, gladly pull our mail upon arrival, and immediately drop off packages upon delivery. During the COVID-19 crisis, hand sanitizer and masks are freely provided at the front desk for clients and strict mask requirement are enforced for the safety of tenants and our guests. I couldn't be more happy doing business with Premier. Highly recommended.

It's a great professional, quaint atmosphere comes fully equipped with 2 conference rooms, fridge, full break room, and an amazing panoramic view of the strip. My favorite part was the outdoor lunch tables and the amazing view of the Las Vegas Valley.

Joe Cusimano: My company Momentum Realty has been a tenant in the Atrium since 2018. This is a great place to have your office. The property is always clean and professional looking, centrally located in Henderson and convenient to the freeway. The leasing and management team of Kristyne, Minerva, and Claudia are just great. They are always happy to see us and genuinely make it a fun place to do business. If there's a vacancy I highly recommend calling and taking a tour.

If you are seeking an escrow / Title company looking no farther. Equity Title is number one!The Atrium is always pleasant. Although it's all business offices, the building is always tranquil and relaxing. The restrooms are clean too!

Aside from the team, we are so fortunate to have the beautiful landscaping here.
Nicole Brewer: I've been a tenant here for coming up on 4 years now. I'm very happy with the property management team and the property. There have been a few different employee changes in the property management team since I moved here in 2018 but the quality of upkeep on the property has remained the same. Repairs are done same day, often within the hour and the landscaping is kept really nice all the time. I also feel very secure in the building. It locks 7pm-7am and on weekends. Overall I highly recommend this office space.
Christine Drollinger: We have been renting offices in the building for the las two years, we have changed offices several times as we have grown and the management team has been great,. they are willing to work with us and help get the spaces that suit our needs. Tracy and Claudia have been fabulous in answering questions, getting us the FOBs needed to enter the building etc.
NZF-AAF-MBA Productions: Very Clean. Great parking. Excellent Shops. Graveyard weekends at 7-11 is a great place to visit. The Cashier there is the Bomb. He wears temp tattoos that changes everyday. He also keeps the place clean as a Hospital.

Nathan Moeller: Guardian has managed my property for the last 3 years and I have been extremely happy. They handle everything, including HOA shenanigans, and keep the owner in the loop with a user-friendly portal website. They are extremely responsive to owner queries. I’m about to move back into my house, but as soon as interest rates come down I’m buying an investment property and I’ll be hiring Guardian to manage it.

After moving in, they sent vendors for each thing I found an issue with. They offer the convenience of paying rent online or dropping it off. I had a good experience through the move-in process.
B Allen: Osvaldo, Handyman installed doorbell service on 9-16-20 from 9:30AM - 9:50 AM a Wireless Doorbell with base plugged into the kitchen outlet, uncertain the exterior doorbell will stay in place, we shall see, otherwise service was good. Exterior doorbell is still intact 3-15-23, therefore, I have now increased rating to 5 stars. Thank you.
Chet Parker: Excellent property management company. I've read some of the reviews and not answering phone calls is simply not true, I've been with Guardian for several years now and will say they are by far the best, most comprehensive management company I've ever utilized. Ana is always available to clarify my questions, Paul has never let me down and I feel comfortable calling Dannielle anytime to simply get her informed opinion on the current market.A+ crew to say the least.

Wendell Allen Jr: Been a tenant since late 2018, never had any issues, if something needs to be fixed or replaced it’s taken care of quickly. Didn’t get a ridiculous rent increase after pandemic like a lot of people. I always recommend renting or buying from Paul, Danielle, or any of their staff. Thank you for always taking care of any issues and being fair.
