Danny Serrano: I had an amazing experience with Dr Klausner and his caring staff! From day 1, I was treated with compassion and professionalism by everyone in the office. They saw me through my injury from diagnosis, treatment to recovery and I couldn’t be more appreciative for their care and advice the whole way through. Dr Klausner was very thorough and took the time to explain every step of my treatment plan… thank you to Dr Klausner and his entire staff!
Luis Macias: Very caring and professional. Was sent there for workman’s comp claim. They did everything they could for me and when they hit a dead end was referred to specialist. On top of that I get sent there through LHI for my military physicals. Never had a bad experience here

Adam Marchant: Arrived when they opened and there were like 7 people in front and I still was received promptly. The customer service provided by the doctor and nurse assistant was exceptional.

Steven Rivera: The wait for a drug screening was a bit crazy. I was passed up by four others who also came in for drug screenings after me. A 45 minute expectation set by the office turned into a two hour visit.
Rebecca Lowe: Everyone at this office is very friendly and helpful. My wait for an employee physical/drug screening was really not that long. The nurses were extremely kind and quickly got me out of there. I would recommend using this location for everything!

jeff adkisson: Doctor was great the nurse was awesome. When I came to check out they made me wait in the waiting room 20 minutes. The lady was on the phone and there was 1 person in front of me to check out. I then seen 4 others check out before me.Everything else was great

Martha: After extensive surgery, 30 days from hospital to rehab to home, My primary Doctor,Dr. Nicknam requested his staff to schedule a visit to see me. He has all my records and reviews all my medication, surgeon orders, etc. He made sure all my medication was taken today.I appreciate Dr. Nicknam because he is knowledgeable and helps me to get on track with all my medical needs.His offices at Summerlin and Martin Luther King has a great and welcomingStaff that make it accessible from the moment you arrive till you finish your visit with your doctor or the PA, making sure your referrals are done on time and your check out is sinless.Very grateful to them all.

I could tell they are there because they enjoy being there and not just for a paycheck ! Lastly the doctor : Katlain the most awesome physician assistant ever ! She was caring , and attended to all my needs! She communicated perfectly with me and and all my questions I had ! She was so patient and kind it left me asking myself if she really was human !
