NDN Girl 702: This is a mobile home park not the Ritz. In the past their were horrible managers that was doing things that probably weren't legit. I'm not sure I can only go by my experience and it wasn't good oneYes the park is old and needs some work. Ok. The rent comparatively is cheaper than most places. Yes they are going to raise the rent again around October, but guess what it's still cheaper than most places.Now there is a new management team and they are trying to clean the place up and it does take time and effort but their is only 2 of them and the residents should help. The manager has taken residents to the grocery stores or to pay bills. They get food to help the residents out. They have even went and visited residents that were hospitalized. They truly care about the residents here. Any donations they receive are immediately given out to whomever needs them. If there is a particular item you need, just ask. They will keep a lookout for that particular item for you.If there are drugs here, it isn't so blatant. Tell me, where can you live where nobody does or sells drugs? That would be a rare place indeed and I bet it would be a very expensive place. How would that mythical place keep all drugs out and away from those residents? Would "drugs" include aspirin too, because they are technically drugs.The park does offer a pool, laundry room a small playground, and a area to park a extra vehicle or a large vehicle/boat/RV.Like I said, it isn't the Ritz but a decent older mobile home park where the owner cares and now has a great management team with some decent amenities, especially you can keep your boat on property instead of a storage area somewhere else.

BOOMER BOOMCHOW: here at alta vista mobile home park we have a great new landlady and her great husband mark the maintenence man they have recently taking on there roles as landlady and maintenance man , they have lived in the park for some time before their latest adventure! they have made the park so much better to live! Yeah i know ive gone on and on about them but its hard not to share these two great people! keep.up the great job!

Ti Brock: a lawn and storage shed for a price point well below that of comparable parks. No amenities are offered such as a shower facility or laundry room but that's ok. I got all that in my RV. Situated about .5 miles from Joker's Wild Casino which imo is a hidden gem that must be checked out.

Chris Pena: No longer Villa Hermosa, the mobile home park is under new management and is curently called Canyon Heights Mobile Home Community Park or just Canyon Heights... Ive seen other trailer/mobile home parks in the Henderson/Las Vegas area and i have to say that , in my opinion, Canyon Heights is the cleanest, quietest, safest, and most affordable park in the surrounding area.. I have lived in this park for close to 15 years now💯🤠

Sherrie Pollock: and, the management minded their own business and, were helpful and pleasant.......doesn't sound that way, now.The park has gotten so much bigger!If I remember correctly, our space was, 106, a corner lot, they may have reconfigured since 1979, though.I loved it there, it was out of the way, Boulder hwy was nothing but desert from there to, Vegas, not so, now!
