Karen Fox: The tax preparer did an excellent job. Only problem was trying to make an appointment by phone. People I talked to made an appointment but did not get relayed to the appropriate office. I just was lucky to catch the preparer between appointments or I would never have gotten in even with an appointment. This was a big problem. The day before I showed up but 2 people were booked at same time & I left.
