Residence Inn by Marriott Las Vegas Henderson/Green Valley: what do users think?

Beverly Hendrie: Loved it! Our a/c was out for 3 days and we really needed to find some cool sanctuary until it was fixed. The hotel was under construction with remodeling, but we got one of the newly remodeled suites. We were pretty wiped out from all the heat we were staying in at the house, so we stayed in the room except for going out to eat, in which this location provided plenty of restaurants. Very pleasant people willing to help at every corner. And we had our service dog with and they were very accommodating. Would highly recommend this hotel to all. Really good location, and really good service. We will use them again.Rooms: The room we stayed in was a one bedroom suite. And it had a full kitchen so if you wanted to eat in that would be very doable. The showers provided shampoo conditioner and body wash. Very comfortable and very quiet. Oh, and not to mention very clean.Nearby activities: In the immediate area of a couple miles you would have restaurants and grocery stores. If you wanted to go a little further of course you've got casinos and Parks. Banks are within walking distance also. Very nice area.Safety: Your room key card gets you into the hotel so no one could just walk in without a key card.Walkability: If you didn't have a car there's plenty of things nearby you can walk to, including a movie theater and restaurants even a library.Noteworthy details: They serve a pretty cool breakfast. It's do it yourself so you toast everything yourself yet they do serve hot eggs and Black Forest ham croissants. You can also make your own waffles and I thought that was pretty neat.

Jeanette Rodgers: Extremely nice room as expected at a Residence Inn. The breakfast was unexpected, however, with a breakfast burrito of egg, chorizo, hash brown, cheddar that actually was spicy -- to husband's delight. Great breakfast choices. Salsa verde and salsa roja. Greek yogurt. Scrambled and hard-boiled eggs. Cereal. Oatmeal with many topping choices. Good coffee. Enjoyed our stay and our breakfast.

Courtyard by Marriott Las Vegas Henderson/Green Valley: what do users think?

omnipresent original: This is where we stay when we need stay close to the house it's our favorite hotel and they offer a triple A discount so we always get a good rate here ,after the discount it was 107 a night for 4 nights we had such a pleasant time here the pool was crystal clear and they even have a nice gentleman who brings out fresh towels and everyone on staff was super nice the entire 4 days we stayed there we love this location I recommend this hotel to anyone in vegas

Tonya Bolton Photography: This is a great hotel close to the airport but far enough away from the noise of the planes. The main reason I booked this specific hotel was because they offer a 24 hour airport shuttle while most hotels shut them down at from 11 pm-5 am. I was arriving after midnight so needed a shuttle. The room is SPOTLESS. Beds are comfortable and they have several pillows of differing firmness to choose from. I had a King room with a very nice amount of space. The reason I docked them a star was because the elevator was down when I got there with three bags. I was not offered help with my bags and I had to climb stairs to the second floor. I had seen other reviews about the elevator being down but they were months ago so I assumed they had rectified that issue. I was wrong. I think when you have an ongoing problem like this, you need to put it on the website so people know ahead of time. I stayed at this hotel on June 10th on my way to hawaii and on the way back on June 14th. The elevator was still not working. This time, they did offer to help with the bags but only because I made a face when she told me the elevator was down again. For a Marriott hotel, this should not be an ongoing problem. Get it fixed, or put a disclaimer on your website.

Anasol Lopez: Stayed here for 6 days last month and the hotel was nice! We were told we would receive a deposit back a few days after our stay and it’s currently week 2 and we haven’t gotten anything.Other than that, we got a room with a balcony and a cozy king bed. Everything was close and the restaurants nearby were really good. It’s a perfect spot 10-15 minutes away from the strip.

Daniel Kamer: One of the most comfy beds I’ve had in hotel very restful sleep

Gwendolyn R Houston-Jack: This is my go to hotel whenever we visit Las Vegas. It's perfectly situated so that you're on minutes away from the Las Vegas strip, Ethel M. Chocolate factory and Sunset Park. The rooms are comfy and spacious. Although we weren't in the room often, the beds are welcoming. I've only had one visit where other guests were rowdy during the wee hours. It took one call to the front desk to handle that situation. I've also had packages sent to the hotel before my arrival. Once on the premises, the staff promptly handled those packages over to me.Hands down a great hotel to consider while visiting Las Vegas.Rooms: Rooms are spacious and comfy.Nearby activities: Sunset Park is up the street and there's plenty to do there. This hotel is also minutes away from the Las Vegas strip. If you enjoy watching the planes roll in, there's a dedicated space waiting for you. When all else fails, the hotel is minutes away from Ethel M. Chocolate Factory.Walkability: Easy to get to restaurants and other businesses.

Porchea Finnikin: It was a short stay but I was so impressed and pleased. My room was well prepared and my bed so soft and comfortable thank you for having me.

Residence Inn by Marriott Las Vegas Airport: what do users think?

Marquis Trader: I’ve stayed at Marriott chains all across the country and this was one of my more enjoyable stays. Originally I was not informed that it is $10 per day to park and later disputed the claim. Due to this information not being disclosed upon check-in I was promptly refunded. The staff is absolutely amazing at this location, particularly Niu Mafi at the front desk. She was so down to earth and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions and assisting my family with every accommodation request. All in all, I enjoyed this experience and have a solid place to stay when I visit Vegas.Safety: All entrances that were not the front door required room keys to access and the lobby restrooms even needed a code to enter. This location is very secure.

Jon Langbert: Surprisingly well-run property. When was the last time someone at the front desk knew your name? Rose knew mine. Jacqui was super-friendly shuttle driver. They had water for passengers and there were never any lengthy waits. Hotel is very clean and felt pretty new. My only issue was the curtains didn’t close completely in the room, so coupled with the exterior lighting, it was impossible to darken the room. Breakfast buffet was excellent, with lots of options. No insulting Vegas resort fees and early check-out times. Will definitely stay there again on our next trip.

Jennifer Grove: Team members are out of this world! Buffet hot breakfast is very good.Rooms: They need more USB outletsNearby activities: Nice that the outlet is within walking distance.

Patrina Moore: This hotel was a breath of fresh air, the lobby is clean and well laid out. The breakfast spread was surprisingly good with waffles, toast eggs, and oatmeal, to name a few. The rooms have a little kitchenette that will work well for a long stay. The best part is that the hotel is across the street from the outlet mall and not too far from the airport with shuttles every 30 mins. The front desk staff was also very friendly and helpful.

G Thum: . They were super thick and very hard. It kept me from sleeping well. Overall, a good hotel off the strip.
