Brian The Book Guy: Absolutely PHENOMENAL STUDIO! The class intensity ranges from relaxed therapeutics to advanced strength with something for just about everyone. I was extremely impressed by the GENUINE care the staff has for the students. I Highly recommend this studio for those recovering from PHYSICAL INJURIES, ARTHRITIS, AND PHYSICAL or EMOTIONAL TRAUMA. The Forrest Yoga Style accommodates every body type, and I've used the postures from the beginner basics class to correct a very painful "tech shoulder" that pestered me for a number of years. A++++

I am much more relaxed and that has made a positive difference in my health, my friendships and my marriage. Yoga has become such an important part of my life, I don't even want to skip one day. I was worried that I wouldn't be flexible enough or that I would be judged for not being good at yoga. That totally isn't the case. They have classes for all different levels. They also have different types of yoga classes so I can keep learning. I just can't recommend this studio enough.

Brenda Brady: I am so grateful my Acupuncturist referred me to this wonderful place of Tranquility and Self Healing. From Day 1 they hand you a textbook to actually obtain the knowledge needed to learn how to strengthen your Core and open your Chakras. Every class is filled with powerful music that moves along with each of the different types of exercises just perfectly, in Sync. On some days they focus on stretching, balance and organ detox which is most helpful, Tai-Chi is great as well!Meditation time is most relaxing and really helps clear your mind. Instructors are so knowledgeable, full of energy and really make you feel like they care. They narrate during your workout to help you keep on going.Time flies by and you always walk out feeling refreshed & with a big smile on your face. Fellow classmates have been most welcoming and make you feel right at home. My legs have certainly been getting must stronger, I would definitely recommend!!

Jackie Cope: I have truly enjoyed my time learning with SSV yoga. I started my yoga 200 hr training back in 2022. I have practiced yoga for 12 years prior to this schooling for physicals needs after having knee surgery. SSV yoga taught me the importance of yoga history and the variety of strands of yoga. The curriculum is well thought out and I like the online interface. I have opened my own yoga studio after completing my training and am sharing my love of yoga with my community. I used the business forms so generously provided in the course. I tailored them to my needs and it was a great starting point. The yoga studio offers Kundalini Yoga classes, Kundalini Teacher Trainings, and Kundalini Weekend Immersions, all of which provide deeply intimate and restorative experiences. Personally, I attended the 2021 teacher training and experienced profound life-altering shifts, having my yoga practice deepened in the process. The studio itself is beautiful and inviting, with a pristinely kept Salt Room that offers a tranquil and calming atmosphere. Additionally, Mona hosts sound baths twice a month, which are incredibly relaxing. Other services that are offered are Cranial Sacral Therapy, Massage, and Acupuncture. You give out so much valueable information, little nuggets of gold is what I say to others when describing the info you share with the class. At times I feel that you are listening to my thoughts bc MANY times you will say and explain things that I've been thinking about during the day and I then say "yep another question answered"!The reason for this email is to tell you that this particular Full Moon class touched my heart deeply. It's hard to explain all that I felt but i felt alive, like my soul deep within is finally able to fly up to the sky and my body is saying that I am ok, I am strong and that I will not sink to the bottom of the sea. Liya Sissaye: Sat Nam. I Am so grateful for RYK yoga and meditation center. it has been my saving grace in my awakening journey. Kundalini yoga was love at first sight for me. It was a technology I was looking for all my life. I did the teacher training in 2018 in order to dive deeper. Through the teachings, I gathered so much information that wasn't available elsewhere. But what was more valuable was how much it changed me for the better. I was able to shed so many layers that was no longer serving me. I was able to reprogram patterns that were destructive and outdated. I was able to look within myself and realize that all the answers to my questions have always been there. I was introduced to different kriyas and meditations that I can use to rewire my brain depending on the symptoms, whether it is fatigue, addiction, anger or connecting with the universe. I adapted a daily practice of Sadhana that allows me to face the day regardless of how it unfolds.I am so grateful for Yogi Bhajan for bringing this beautiful teaching to the western that is now spreading across the globe. I am so grateful for Cosmin and all the other beautiful teachers of RYK Yoga that continue to dedicate their time and energy in assisting others. I am so thankful for Tiaga and Corina for their ability to hold space, their love, and support during the training and on a regular basis.We are experiencing a huge paradigm shift on the planet and the only way we can make it through is by going inwards and do a deep cleansing.
