My wife and I both instantly grasped the huge improvement that would make in our back yard.The Quality of the build of his lights was obviously far heavier and superior to what is available at local box stores, nurseries, and large chain stores. After consideration and events we were dealing with we decided to shelf the project for awhile, though he gave us an excellent proposal and price.A few months later we again called and Kevin responded to our home and his first price quote he stated he would still honor. Again we decided to talk it over and would contact him. I had to enter the ER of the hospital and was admitted with recover time and at the same time as COVID hit. Again the lighting project went on our back burner, which we called and explained to Kevin.Last week we called Kevin and his original price quote still stood so we arranged to have him make the installation this past week. On installation day Kevin and his employee John, and exceptionally nice young man and diligent worker, arrived and laid out the lights, then John went to work trenching for the new electrical line and installing the lights. The design and construction of the lights, especially the pole lights were different that I'd ever seen before and far, far superior for their stability once in the ground. They exchanged the old rotary dial timer in my Transformer box that is totally automatic set to come on at dusk and turn off at sunrise changing from daylight to regular, and back automatically. We have a 2nd transformer for a small area and they put a new timer on it as well.That night we carefully viewed the lighting and, as is normal with most installations, we needed a few tweaks and one more light added to cover an unexpected dark spot. Next morning we called Kevin and he and John were at our home within less than 2 hours and made the adjustments and added the needed light. Now our back yard is beautifully light and our decorative features and plantings are highlighted for maximum effective.Outdoor Lighting Perspectives of Henderson is a company that is old fashioned - they fully explain what they will do, show you the quality of their lighting fixtures, and then they install exactly as they explained making every effort to ensure you, the customer is completely satisfied. Of course when the electrician came out, everything was working properly. Gary, the electrician, did a little bit of troubleshooting and said it could be the timer or my contacts, but because everything was working properly, it would be hard to tell. They did not charge me for a service call which I felt was good business on their part. I was prepared to pay for that since I had booked an appointment with them, but they waived it.
