They took care of a flood from my bathroom that went into my bedroom carpet and lifted the carpet to clean the water, cut out the padding and brought fans to dry it out. After it was all dried they came back and put new padding in, stretched the carpet back and cleaned everything. They were efficient and very pleasant while in my home. Christine Hylton: I have hired this company to clean my carpets twice. The first time, I was renting a condo and for some reason had stains all over the living room. I wasn't sure they'd be able to get them out but they did, all of them! Alvin was so professional and super fast! I called them again and requested Alvin. He came with a coworker and they cleaned three rooms in less than 30 minutes. They were careful with the corners to not let the hose rub against them and the carpets look great, even one room that had pet stains that I thought wouldn't get clean that now looks much better! For other things such as fixing rips and redoing stitching on my jerseys, it is quality work. He works on his own a majority of the time. He is honest, blunt and punctual on alterations. I recommended all my friends to go here. Prices vary depending on what you need done. Get alterations evaluation, drop off clothes and pickup/pay when you need to.
