Tina Aguiar: The work AR Iron did was excellent. We would hire them again, with one caveat, do NOT rely on the dates for completion. We contracted at the end of February and we didn't receive our fence repair until the end of April, which we had to plead for as we were leaving town. They are worth the wait, just remember it will be a wait, much longer than estimated.

One of the gates is attached to the fence going to the backyard block wall. Everything went well through our HOA process and with the crews that came out and installed the fence were outstanding. As you know, supply shortages have resulted in delays across the home improvement board. On top of that vendors are not responsive and slow to fix issues. Not the case with AR Iron. Jessicaf emailed me prompt answers to any questions I had, which I very much appreciated. I also was not 100% in love with my front door color, and she oversaw the color change of my front security door with speed and efficiency. I will be using AR Iron in the future and highly recommend them!

After calling them on the phone to ask a few questions, I requested that they send a representative to my house to discuss the many colors and styles available for a security door that I wanted to have installed.They sent someone out, we chose the best color and style, received a quote, and placed the order. It all went very smoothly. A few weeks later they returned with the finished door and frame, installed it, and collected the balance due.The quality was excellent, the color matched my door perfectly, and I am one satisfied customer…very happy to offer this review. You will love it.

None Yah: All good things take time.I hired this company to build me a custom security gate for my entryway, overall the customer service was excellent, you may not always be able to reach the owner by phone because of business needs he’s not always there but I was able to reach the office secretary every time I called.The price was competitive and I was quoted 4 to 6 weeks between fabrication completion and install. The Quality of the finished product was above and beyond my expectations and the installation crew was as punctual as I’ve ever had anyone do work in my house ever. In and out in an hours time, overall very satisfied and would definitely recommended. My doorway is now the envy of the neighborhood, I even had to ask for extra business cards because people that drive by keep asking where I got it made at.

Despite the couple bad reviews I decided the good reviews was enough for me to move forward, plus the price "BIG DIFFERENCE" was better than anyone I received bids from. I decided to draw exactly what I wanted and. All Custom Iron Gave me exactly what I designed, I'm very happy with the craftsmanship of the Iron. A couple weeks ago the big wind storm ripped the screws out of the wall and damaged one of the motors, Chris and team came right out and repaired the bracket with an additional L bracket for more support and replaced the damaged motor. Not sure what others expectations are but All Custom Iron did an amazing job and the customer service was 5-Star... I guess if you don't take a chance, you don't have a chance...Thank You, Chris, Naomi, John

Ralph Glidden: Salesman and project manager, Walter, kept us informed from the time he did the initial survey right up to the installation. The two guys that did the installation were efficient and obviously skilled at their jobs. They cleaned up after themselves so well we wouldn't have known they had been here except for the beautiful door they left behind.
Bill&Mar Elgie: They did a remarkable job on our pool gate. Walter was great to work with. The gate actually turned out better than expected and I would definitely recommend them.

David Dedera: So we were looking for a new front door Window and two gates for the side yards.we shopped around and found that Wonder Iron Works was willing to work with our budget. They were extremely helpful, polite and professional. We gave them a down payment in February and the project was finished in june.It did take over 3 months , but I give them a pass on that due to pandemic and everything. The install went smoothly. It took two trips to finish but when they were done we were very satisfied. The door window and gates look terrific. The install crew were super nice and accommodating. The remainder of the money was not brought up until we were fully satisfied with the work. Big thumbs up for Wonder Iron Works from us.

Eric came out and took time to ask me questions and review what he felt might be better for it's location in my backyard. Then he sent me a Proposal the very next day. After I accepted Walter came out and also reviewed with me on what my expectations were and just double checked measurements. I wanted to say that Walter also kept me calm when I had to deal with my HOA. He was very patient and had no problem in supplying additional information that they were requesting. And the BEST part is I wasn't expecting my fence to be installed until mid September but came home on 8/16 and it was already up! A wonderful surprise!! The fence is beautiful, sturdy and everything I had hoped it would be! You can't go wrong with this company!! Please don't make a mistake and go with any other company other than Wonder Iron Works!!
