Several doctors have mentioned knowing him and his parents personally. These doctors took time before my appointment to acknowledge how he comes from a highly respected family of great attorney’s. My experience as his client was very personable. I dealt with Jason directly, not some junior flunky attorney on the roster, like I’ve experienced with other law offices. More than just a professional, Jason presented himself as a friend that cares. Jason Weinsteinstock is extremely knowledgeable of the law and explained details about how we were going to get maximum leverage. He was a total nightmare for my employer and I loved every single minute of it. My employer couldn’t push him around at all, and trust me, they tried. Lastly, Jason got me more money than I expected. A lot more. My bottom amount was $80K total which would have resulted in me getting even less after fees, however he got me $142K. Even within the settlement agreement, he insisted on additional protections on my behalf. I am forever grateful for everything he’s done.
