Joel Torres: I must say I’ve never been treated with such a loving family atmosphere in any other dealership in my 44yrs. We’ve owned Mercedes, Lexus, and now that we have our QX60 it’s been a real joy. Great vehicle and more importantly great service. Starting with Mr. Pedro Ponce. He will probably be the first to great you and He’s a great ambassador to the company. Treating everyone like they are the most important part of his day. Then we have Ms Erika King, she’s probably the most knowledgeable service specialist I’ve work with brings me such peace of mind that no matter how big or small your situation they will go above and beyond your expectations. I’m not getting paid to write this review fyi been an Infiniti owner since 2019. Outstanding job everyone keep up the good work.

Though my previous service advisor left, my new advisor, ERIKA, was just great, kind, polite, and helpful. It's because of good, caring, genuine people like Erika that business thrive.
