James Collins: So I ended up getting laid off my job in the end of December and I applied the first week of January, I couldn’t pay rent for January/February and from the grace of God i landed another job but still couldn’t pay rent so long story short Hopelink paid my rent full for both months. My case worker Shaniece Purvice-Tarver went above and beyond to see to it I get the help I needed. And the process didn’t take too long at all. This organization is the best option for emergency assistance. Thank you Shaniece and the entire Hopelink staff I appreciate everything you’ve done for me and my family. Easy process just make sure you guys have ALL the documents requested and it won’t delay your process ‼️

Christine Warner: I've lived here since 2020 just as the Covid-19 shut down happened, so I didn't get a chance to utilize all the complex has to offer. It's a senior citizen 62+ community, price point is based on your income starting around $681 for a 1b/1b, 500 sq ft unit, each unit has a washer/dryer, everything is electric!
Mike EP: Cute place. Well maintained.
Emma Breaux: Jennifer has always been kind and helpful, I think the apartments are nice for the price.
Arely Cass: Office staff is so nice and helpful.

Karen Harris: I just moved to College Villas in the last few days from out of state. During the process time, Jennifer was so helpful in every step of the way. She answered all my questions, and was very respectful and professional. She made my move very uneventful and I was pleasantly surprised. The apt is nice and should satisfy my needs nicely.
Terry “Papa T” Hatch: There actually nice apartments at a reasonable price, people are friendly although you do have those that complain about everything because they hate life lol, management are very nice and will work with you if you're up front with them, and it's a very quiet place to live.

Donald Broham: I love what they've done with the place since they drained the ponds filled with toxic waste. For decades this area was a wasteland surrounded by a chain link fence with signs every 30 feet or so that read "DANGER DO NOT ENTER, AREA UNDER ENVIROMENTAL INVESTIGATION". Who would have guessed it would be fit for human habitation.
