PRICELESS PRICELESS: I stayed at living grace for 3wks. I am over the age limit I was 35 with 4 kids CNA job pending and family not acting like family. I reached out with my story we was sleeping in the car. Stephanie gave me a call back and put us in the Rio for a couple days. We didn't go straight to the house because it was dirty by the house mother and her kids. I came in the house with good spirits just tired. Stephanie immediately helped me get my school. Now it was an incident with cps being called saying my children were not in school Wich I had all the proof. The cops were called and me and my kids were booted no question asked. The house mother Shanice had an attitude I never met her but she complained about me and kids for no reason. I'm not a slave and I have 4 children as well clean up after yourself. I worked went to school and took my kids to school. It can be a good program if the house mom would lead and set examples for the girls. Hey Pam ! She's a sweetheart.

Nicholas Thomas: Unfortunately my three-month-old son is in DFS care. I don't mean unfortunately because they are bad. As a matter of fact they are some of the kindest nicest people I've ever met who have gone above and beyond and out of their way to unite me with my son.

Alysa Fields: I cant express in this review how much gratitude I have for the wonderful people at Family Promise! I am a single mother of 2 sons and the support and finical knowledge I have received from this program is life changing. I have had other organizations assist me in the past with a months rent or groceries and I was very thankful for the help to get by. Family promise went above and beyond. They held me responsible for my own finical success while supporting me and my sons at the same time. The finical literacy classes and good tendency classes were fun and engaging. I learned a lot about budgeting, renting, saving, setting realistic goals and giving myself enough time to be successful at completing my goals. Being real with yourself about spending habits was very important for me to acknowledge to make necessary changes to get out of homelessness and finical strives to remain in stable housing after leaving the program. The 3 months support given was just enough time to have a mental break from the stress being homeless causes and realign myself, family, and my goals. During my time in the program I was able to get a great job, save for an apartment and walk away with so much knowledge about saving and self discipline. I move into my apartment on August 1st with the help of Family Promise me and my children are no longer homeless and in a better mental state than when Family Promise came into our world! Mrs. Pebbles, Mrs. Barbara and Mrs. Lynn make the classes fun and relatable to our everyday struggles and that was very important to me. It's not a hand out its a hand up helping people get back on their feet one step at a time! I could go on and on but Ill end by saying thank you Family Promise you forever have my gratitude!!

RackBoy Tv: Imma be real. First off rather or not yall like rules / staff or etc.... Shannon help kids get off the streets. They give u food, bed, clothes , roof over your head & etc all WE HAVE TO DO IS APPLY FOR JOB & START WORKING AND PUT OUR OWN EFFORT IN. WHAT MORE DO U WANT WE ALREADY HOMELESS. THAT SHOULD BE A FRESH START.
