paul bodovinac: this is my second time using this company.first time was 3 years ago to hang my 85 inch on the wall,we since moved 2 months ago and I have a 5.1.4 setup.i had to do audessy but was waiting to buy my new subwoofer and it finally came last week and then I set up everything did audessy and the sound was not there and the sub was weak and everything was off after doing audessy,numbers were way off and so on, i tried doing things and changing the settings but still wasn't where I wanted it to be so I gave up.so I called pro audio this morning and they came out this afternoon and they did there thing and looked over everything and started to measure using there professional meter and calibrated even my subwoofer and let me tell you,I AM ONE HAPPY CUSTOMER AGAIN,THE SOUND IS SO FREAKING INSANELY AWESOME TO THE T.BIG HAPPY SMILEY FACE WHEN HE WAS TESTING WATCHING ATMOS AND BIG BASS DURNING CERTAIN MOVIE CLIPS,ALL I CAN SAY IS WOWOWOWOW.im sorry I forgot the guys names but it was the same guy I had 3 years ago, if I ever buy any new speakers or new receiver I will have it done again calibrated by them,100%satisfied and trust me ,this is the best company period

Wishing4Retirement: Danny and his team were awesome! I can't say enough about how courteous and professional they were. Danny came up with solutions to my problems and ideas to bring my AV system into the 21st century.Danny and his guys were able to re-hang my living room TV and reroute all my components from the living room into a new AV closet. Give me 8 zones of music throughout the house. I now have 6 sets of new speakers in the ceilings to accompany the already 5 sets I had from a previous installer.It's been about two weeks since the initial install and it's been great. I've just met with Danny for phase 2, 3 and 4 for the house. The next three phases will include moving the living room 65in TV to the game room an adding an 86in TV to the living room. Installing all new control for switches throughout the house, updating the surveillance system, integrating a 55in TV to the office computer for third screen for presentations. I'm sure I will think of a bunch more cool things to add to the system as we go.Also want to say that the office personnel we're very polite, courteous and extremely helpful with scheduling, thanks Carly. Then they were so booked we had to wait almost a month but the secretary put our name on a wait list and squeezed us in ,within a week and a half...They are so professional, they both took their shoes off then proceeded to get to work.....they told us to seat in our chairs and then adjusted everything to our liking. They installed a Musiccast system for me back in April of last year. Glad that I inquired about their ability to handle video security. Pro Audio provides consistent quality service at reasonable cost. I especially appreciate their patience in explaining the functions and features of my new video security system.April 2019Pro Audio recently completed the installation of a Yamaha Musiccast system for me. While I had a clear understanding of the results that I wanted to achieve, I had no clue as to the technology, or equipment, that was available to achieve my objectives. Danny provided a no cost consultation and readily identified the technology, the equipment and the configuration that would ultimately satisfy my objectives.....at a reasonable cost. The installation team, led by Brandon, arrived a few days later and implemented Danny's plan for bringing amazing sound from various content streaming sources to the interior and exterior of my home. The installation team was , knowledgeable, efficient and very considerate. Bob Foss: I had Hometronics do my home theatre installation, alarm system, and security camera system. The work for all systems was excellent. The one minor glitch was the security camera DVR, which quit providing remote access. Unfortunately, Hometronics vendor for the DVR went out of business, but they worked with me to get a new model and gave me a fair price for a new one and installation. I really like the personable and professional aspect the company shows. I particularly found David, the sales rep, very personable, knowledgeable, and enjoyed working with him as he was patient and answered all our questions on all our systems. Dean worked with me on getting the camera system up and running again with the new DVR, and he also was the one to provide a quality finish to my home theatre system. The tech we saw most was Michael, a highly knowledgeable, personable, and professional installer who worked with me several times to insure our system worked well. We are very pleased with Hometronics and the equipment they used. David confirmed my desire to have Klipsch speakers in our home theatre system and we are highly pleased with that system too. I would recommend Hometronics for your security, home theatre, security, and any other home system requirement. They have the experience and knowledge, but unlike some companies, are not so large that you get treated impersonally. I also know if I need assistance, they are always ready and able to help.

Had them also install an alarm in my home along with a home entertainment system. Loved the sound and the quality of the picture.Later I moved to a larger office and they installed a burglar alarm and audio visual system allowing me to monitor the office from anywhere 24/7.Later moved to a larger office and they put a new system in, again allowing me the ability to monitor what was going on 24/7.Moved to another house and had Hometronics move and upgrade my home entertainment system. Not only where they on time, professional and left everything looking great, Cox did not show up and when I called Cox they told me it would take two days to come out but they were very sorry.
