drake boyer: Great management, beautiful complex and a fabulous location! Enjoyed the years I spent here.
Henderson Nevada: My husband and I lived at Aspire Sunridge for over 2 years. The only reason we left was due to needing a larger home. The apartments are very modern and it has an overall “hotel vibe” with all the amenities.The staff is amazing. Sasha is a great manager and is readily available and so is her entire team. The maintenance manager, Nate and his team are equally great.If our plans for space change in the future, we would definitely come back to Sunridge.
tommy mccullough: Deani and the team made us feel at home with a prompt tour and showed us the exact unit we wanted. Any maintenance issue was handle quickly with proper expectations set every time. The property is well kept and communication from the staff is good. I really appreciated the timely follow up whenever I had a question. Deani and the maintenance staff went above and beyond what we expected. She took the time to show she really really cared about our concerns.
Shannyn Enright: Gerson was beyond helpful! He was able to answer all our questions with very informational answers. He gave us all the ins and outs of the community. He reassured us on all of our worries and walked us through the whole application process. He was a tremendous help and we can’t wait to move in, thanks to Gerson! Highly recommend working with him if you are inquiring about an apartment at Aspire!

Denise Foster: My sister loves her apartment. She feels safe to live alone with my teenage daughter. They both have their bedroom with walk-in closets, ceiling fans, blinds, and windows that open. The new management only cares about money. If you don't pay your rent on time, you will get a 7-day notice. They are not compassionate and flexible with their residents. The one BBQ grill looks like it never gets clean. The gates work most of the time, but she pays for a Gated community. Maintenance is very good about fixing problems promptly. The guys are helpful and keep a watchful eye on my daughter. The security in the evening is a blessing. He needs to get out of the car and walk the property not just sit in his car. We need more than one key card. My daughter is on the lease, but we have 1 key card for the gate, pool, and exercise facility. They could also use to update the fitness center and add a couple of computers and printers for residents with free WIFI . They need more residents events and better communication about things going on in the property.

Bob Pieri: Any issues I’ve had have been resolved within reasonable time and I always receive a follow up call. Overall I gave the property a 4 star rating based on this as well as location and affordability.
djradin2030: Andera thank you for everything! You are amazing and it was a pleasure living at La Serena. Great community, safe and peaceful. The front office are all very kind.
Jesse Moffat: . But a few days later, FedEx completely botched my shipping instructions and delivered my beds to my new apartment two weeks early. Not only have I not even moved in yet, but the apartment is still being renovated.When I couldn’t get a hold of FedEx about the wrong delivery, I called the office. Andera told me it was no problem, and she got the maintenance team to move my beds into my apartment. That wasn't their responsibility, but again: really high quality service.I’ll update this review in the future if my experience changes, but for now I can say that I’m excited to move in. The staff is top-notch!
Luis murad: People work at the office, very nice and helpful. My wife and i move soon at Serena Heights is beautiful place and nice pool very clean. Club fitness is very nice and clean. Big Apartments like new, ready to move. Thank you very much office people, very kind helped to apply your computer, the whole process of moving papers very easy. Well maintained apartment complex, a good place to live. We are two weeks away from moving here, we are very excited and we like quiet places to live everything in order and clean.
John Brown: Very nice inside the community. Landscaping is very pretty and very well kept. Plus Amber in the front office is so friendly every time we go there. She is so helpful and so nice, even when Karen's are nipping at her toes, lol. Amber is very professional and very helpful, and very nice! Ask for her!

Robert Lopez: I am a new tenant here it’s been a month and I absolutely love the place . I want to thank Andrea Henshilwood and her excellent customer service . She had made me feel so welcome and walked me through the process for moving in . I never once felt rush she has shown so much compassion towards my situation and made me feel welcomed . I never experienced great service in a while so it was refreshing to have someone display that again . Having her aboard you team just make you all shine a little brighter . Thank you Andrea!!!… and by the way I love it here thanks again
