Corine Newton: I wish more companies would value the importance of good people answering their phones. We had called a different rental company before Wheelers, and got the usual run around. Everyone we talked to at Wheelers were very friendly, and made the process very easy. The van was clean, nearly new, and operated with no problems. I didn't care for the model that we had, hense I removed one star, however that's a personal choice. We will definitely call Wheelers again.

Finding skilled drivers with a medical background is hard unless you want Amazon drivers treating you like parcels but demand more pay to transport you from a hospital. I really appreciate all the hard work they have put forth since COVID shutdowns and respect small businesses that can still operate. Some of these reviews show the entitlement and inconsideration people have towards businesses struggling with staffing. If you don't like the prices or don't like the tone a dispatcher has with you after working 6 days of 16hr shifts... Maybe you should apply for a job to help them out.... Since you can obviously do it better. Humble yourself before writing negative reviews.
