Livee Appendix: Got tape in extensions. Cheaper than Bellami for my length wanted. Noticed it bled a little in shower. Hopefully it stops. Quality no tangles. Or matted. I wear it up in a high pony bun when sleep. I use Chi thermal shampoo and protection conditioner treatment. I use infusion Chi oil and shine spray. I brush my hair morning night or more depending on needs. Wash every other day. Use dry shampoo off day. I try to air dry my hair at all possible. If u style with heat a lot your going to burn thru your extensions at a higher rate. The hair is same grams as bellami but they break the pack into 10 versus 20 Bellami. Overall I'm new to this brand so if it holds up a year I would be happy.

I absolutely love the selection and the pricing is super reasonable compared to nearby shops with expensive wigs. Kim helped me try on wigs & educated me on lace fronts. She was so sweet & patient! g Shepard: This review is strictly for the Henderson location, next to Trader Joe’s. Went on Sunday afternoon and store was empty except for owners. After reading some reviews, I was expecting a different experience. To my delight, the owner lady was “very” nice, courteous and respectful. She got on her knees, searching aisles and brands to find my exact color. I saw the $5.00 charge sign to try on 3 wigs but if you purchase it is refunded by deducting from your wig total price. The store is clean, well organized with clear prices. Not sure what others have experienced but I got great customer service.

Ashley is the most dedicated and loving person there, not only that she helps you, she goes above and beyond. I just love her, she is the person that we would love to see more people like her. Today I went in to purchase some braiding hair and I made a comment about the music. I ended up in a short conversation with the cashier. Not sure of her name she had a short bob type hairstyle and a bright smile. We talked about it music and related to one another. Felt more like family. I really enjoyed my experience. Felt great supporting a small business. I hope to see more across the valley and I'll definitely be back.

Cathy R. Springs: Where do I begin? I walked in with an abundance of curiosity and time. I wasn't sure what I needed for my thinning crown from maturing. After looking at my hair, a topper was suggested. Real or synthetic? Synthetic was suggested and it looked like a human hair piece. My hair color was matched to the numerous colors and two styles were selected. The first matched my straight style but had to be ordered. It should arrive in 4-5 days. The second matched my hair but was a full curly shoulder length. I bought both! There were 3 customers and one stylist. She showed all of us how to wash our new hair pieces - 2 toppers and one wig. SO EASY! I wore my new style out of the shop and out for the day. I had a wonderful experience and will highly likely be a returning customer for years to come. I love it!!!
Ryen Monroe: I had multiple interactions with them while helping my mom through the process of battling cancer and doing chemo. Both ladies at The Wig Cottage are really amazing. It is crystal clear that it is more than just a business to them. Their compassion and grace are unmatched. They help you select a wig patiently; they teach you how to wear one, care for it, and wash it. Their personal side is what you will remember.
