Don Braunagel: I purchased a Teppanyaki Grill from BBQ's Galore and over time the ignitor lights that come on when the grill is lit stopped working properly. I made contact with Pete and Caitlyn at the Henderson NV location and they were very nice and assured me they would get the problem resolved. Pete was nice enough to make sure the grill was registered and they made contact with the company about getting it fixed. After a few back and forth communications Caitlyn called me and told me they were replacing my grill with a brand new one. I picked up the new grill with absolutely no hassles. Caitlyn and Pete were the best and are everything that is missing in the retail experience these days. They were professional and followed up with me each step of the way. I hope that BBQ's Galore realizes what an asset these two employees are to their business. I would highly recommend the store and especially Caitlyn and Pete. Service is sorely lacking in a world where we all want everything as cheap as we can get until something goes wrong, then we expect to get great service. Great service costs more money, but in the end spending a bit more assures quality and service after the sale. I will be a loyal BBQ's Galore customer going forward as service after the sale means everything to me. Thanks again Caitlyn and Pete for the best service i could hope for.

Michael Marchialette: Stumbled upon this joint when I was shopping this week at SeaFood City. Wow, I'm glad I did. I tried their chicken skewer kabobs and all I can say is WOW! Absolutely, delicious and something like I haven't quite had anywhere else. It is extremely hard to come across good Kabobs at places that are have delicious sauce and also tender meat. I highly recommend you give it a try.

Kellie Smith: Had the pancit bihon with Shrimp. I think these are my favorite noodles then chow mein. The clerk was courteous and was not stingy with the order. Also had a chicken shish kabob and it was all delicious. I did end up adding a little bit of soy sauce but other than that delicious!

CM Galaxy Jam: Halo Halo Overload lives up to its name and is enough for three people to share. The ice was a little difficult to break though, I'm not sure if they pre-made it or if it melted and refroze or what. Still, Grill City was extremely generous with the ingredients for only 50 cents extra. Definitely worth trying since there's no Chow King here yet.
