Thomas Carozza: I Love going to the infrared saunas at Drop Studio. I have been doing it for over a month, and I leave every session feeling so great. It's hot, you leave sweating, and you keep sweating even after you get back home. It feels so good though! The next day is the best part. I always feel so energized and ready to go. I recommend this experience. Both of the Drop studios in town are great. It's $25 on your first visit. It will be money well spent. Try it!

Tiffanny Thai: I heard of IMR float through @weekndrclub as they were one of the vendors for the event. It was my first time doing a cold plunge so I was nervous and didn’t know what to expect. Elliot was so welcoming and walked me through the process of everything during my cold plunge. My mind and body felt lighter and I felt so rejuvenated and relaxed afterwards. Olivia Huntzinger: Cannot say enough amazing things about this place. I've recommended this to most of my patients that experience anxiety, depression and insomnia. I personally try to float 3-4x a week and utilize the sauna as well. This has been a tremendous help with stress and decompressing at the end of the day. Any apprehensions the staff will be able to ensure you know what to expect and how to get the most out of your float therapy.
Manuel Iraheta: First time floater. Love it! Did the couples float with my girlfriend and we loved every second. Felt at peace and reduced my gfs anxiety and stress. Will be coming back again. 10/10ALSO for any couples that want to float in the tank together this is the only place in town that offers just that!

It was absolutely amazing!There's a shower in the room to rinse off before during and after the experience.I started with the sauna for 15 minutes, rinsed off then plunged for 3 minutes. I repeated this cycle 3 times with my last cold plunge lasting for about 4 minutes.For the rest of the day I felt amazing.There are so many benefits to cold plunging and sauna that Elliott can share with you and please take his advice! He's done a wonderful job setting up a really clean environment to enjoy.Do yourself a favor and go experience the multiple offerings that IMR has to offer! The fire and ice is my top pick!
