Jeffrey Herbel: Jack Dish Plumbing has shown to have outstanding customer service, excellent pricing, knowledgeable technicians who are courtesy, professional, knowledgeable and personable.The technician showed up on time and was thorough performing the task of water heater maintenance with an anode replace. detmikeq: I had toilet problems. New house, cheap materials. You know the drill. Contractors cutting corners.The house was five years old at the time. Those A$$HOLE commercial, TV, Yellow Page, big ticket plumbing companies basically considered my issues too minor to be bothered with.One local company gave me a quote over the phone that was so astronomical, it took everything I had not to.... nevermind.They essentially told me what I needed and what they weren't going to do. Albert: We just closed on our house 4 days before we noticed the water coming from under our back patio. Called for service and was informed that they could get to us first thing in the morning as it was already late evening, sensing the distress in our voice the lady said she could get someone to stop by and turn the water off until morning when they could examine the situation. George showed up and instead of just shutting off the water he went to work trying to figure out what was causing a leak under the concrete slab in the back of the house where no visible signs of plumbing was or should be. Well he came back first thing in the morning with his assistant and after narrowing down where the water was coming from, broke up the concrete and found an old irrigation line running to nowhere that needed to be capped off. We contacted Service Plus Plumbing and when Matt came out he was able to quickly diagnose our problem, the PVC pipe had come loose as the two pipes connected.
