Michael Johnson: Our condensation line leaked throught the ceiling. Called for an appointment. Friendly service and professional response. On the day of our service call, Carlos was here right on time. Friendly, Professional, Courteous. Went right to work. When he was finished he expalined what our problem was, how it needed to be fixed and what he did to correct the issue. I could not have asked for better service. Carlos is an asset to your company. In the past I have trained employees on customer service for a large Las Vegas company. Carlos has the intrinsic qualities every company strives to achieve regarding customer service.
