Honestly sending back individual boxes vs. palletizing and keeping it all together made a world of difference for the following reasons: it was more cost effective; it ensured we would get everything and that it would also not be destroyed in shipping. Justin Holb: I have used this Craters & Freighters over about 10 years and countless times, the quality of the work is superior to all other professional packing places I have used. I have also used other Craters & Freighters across the country too and this is the best all around in my experience. In all the time I have used them through the years, the current team is fortunately the best of the whole time I have worked with them. The main people handling key aspects have worked for the company a long time, they are easy to work with, and I enjoy talking to them a lot when coordinating things. The owner is also very positive and great to talk to when I have seen him for a bit, he is friendly and passionate about the business which helps me feel confident in who is handling my important sensitive shipments. I get regular compliments from people I have shipped to about how the packaging exceeded what they were expecting. The pricing considering everything as well is also very reasonable. They have also given me better prices when they could and explained things for any increases out of their control related to material costs. Going to less experienced places or doing parts of the professional packing myself has come with far more problems and trade offs. I have had far more regretful experiences trying to save a bit that way where I use this company for almost everything now on my important shipments. I have shipped mostly more valuable and fragile things too where I haven't had to file any claims and any more minor problems were resolved meeting or exceeding my expectations. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get a fair price for any important shipment, the quality I feel always will justify the price compared to alternatives. Thank you!

Johnathan Hernandez: I had an order for just 3 pages of legal documents that were time sensitive and needed right away. I get the email saying they are done. I go to the store and was told "my manager prints those out and she didn't leave them out" I ask what time she will be back.... tomorrow at 10? Why did I get an email to come in and pick it up if they are not even in the store?!? Only the manager prints stuff out so they can't even print them again! Thank you ups store for wasting my time.Thank you for responding to my review. When I first wrote it. I was given an option to have them printed out. I was just given a "tough luck shrug". I left came back and was helped by a different employee. I asked if I can send the docs to the store. And they did print them out for me for free. However, it was the wrong size. So I had to come back the next day and get them printed again at the correct size and those I paid for. At the end of the day I was able to get what I needed so I updated my score.

I had to avail notary services and ship the documents to passport office, he has been helping through the process, so I could complete the tasks within 10 mins. Two folks working here are able to notarize the documents which is an added advantage. I visited 2 other nearby UPS stores but the notary wasn't available. Here I was able to notarize the documents in my both visits without any delay. Thank you so much.
