Even though my visit was quick, doctor made sure I was at ease. Not only that but the pharmacy next door didn’t even make me wait a full 5 minutes my medicine. Oh and their online portal? So handy wow! They sent me a notification via portal and email that my specialist referral was being sent out in less than 24 hrs! They are just amazing. I went in there with anxiety level 100 and came out so peaceful. Special shout out to the office manager as well, Flor. She personally came to greet me as soon as I arrived and I’ll never forget her warm smile! Thank you Sunset.

Paola Luzi: From the start, when calling to set up an appointment till end, everybody was friendly. I felt so comfortable at this clinic that I was very talkative the whole time with the staff. Yes, the appointment took time, but the staff dedicated plenty of time with me answering questions. This place is the first one to check my heart with an EKG test. The following day that I went to get my blood drawn, the nurse there did a great job that it barely hurt. Everybody had a great personality. Dr. Ha Le was great, she was very pleasant and understanding. Parking was a little distant from entrance during the afternoon, but the next day during the morning, it was not a problem. I'm glad I didn't listen to the negative comments that I saw here.

Sarah Stevenson: Loved it here when they first opened but so much has changed not horrible changes but sometimes inconvenient like...its not cool walking in there at 6:30-7:00am and see 15-30 people waiting to dose. It was nice when there were 2 nurses there from 6-8am because there are quite a few patients that come in at that time. It hasn't been that bad in almost a month but it will happen again if the dont get another nurse to help with dosing from 6-8...I love the director of DTC. She is very caring. She has been through and learned a lot since DTC opened. There have been a lot of changes that they had to make but they were necessary changes. I wouldn't to change and go to a different clinic. I wouldn't be clean if it weren't for DTC and their staff over the years. They care and that's hard to find at other clinics around town. It was Bull**** sometimes and quite irritating when problems happened, and there haven't been a lot. but I've always came from there not sick as hell withdrawling. And blessed to have another day clean.

Sky Jones: I have the absolute best Doctor anyone can ask for. Dr. Stanton is the best and I wouldn’t want anyone else on this health journey with me. Beyond amazing bedside manner, extremely knowledgeable, and his assistants are great as well. Highly recommended

Steven Lockwood: I had a first fantastic visit here. I needed a GP, and after visiting urgent care downstairs, they suggested coming here. I’m glad I did. I printed all the initial paperwork at home, and walked in with it. Just a few signatures and that was all. I had a great experience with the Dr, and all the staff were very nice to me as well. Now I have a great GP, and it’s right around the corner from my home. Love it.

Sag G: Gail Rattigan was very helpful & she cares to her patient. She makes sure she fill up the paper works in timely manner & explain well that you ask question on her. A very knowledgeable provider & you can really tell that she really cares to her patient. Doris was very helpful also when we came with no appointment to fill up the forms she go out her way to get us a sked so we can come back following week to see a provider before the provider can fill up the form. I’m so thankful to this two Gail Rattigan & Doris who was very helpful. 👍

Linda Bell: They have the nicest doctors, nurses, and staff at Southwest Medical Urgent Care at Sienna Heights. They are very attentive and caring. If you need urgent care, this is the place to get it!
