Ours had some old kinked gas piping and the logs were old and dull, so we have never used it in the 3 years we've lived in Henderson. The guys came out first for an inspection and to talk about options. We went with the 24" double sided, mood series and opted to have them paint the inside black. They worked for a couple of hours and took out all the old fireplace parts. The finished product is even better than we imagined!! It looks and feels like a real fireplace, with burning coals. Loretta Lee: Wow.. this place really affected my heart today. My fireplace had a cracked valve so my husband and I went to Hearth and Home to see what the options were. We were hoping it would be repairable but not expecting that to be the case because it is a very old fireplace model. We met with the Sales Manager and he looked at the pics we brought and knew immediately which model ours was and knew that particular model was no longer available and we would most likely have to replace the whole unit which would be several thousands of dollars plus major construction to remove and replace a granite slab that surrounded our fireplace. He said he would come by the house and see if he could do a temporary repair to get us through winter. He came to our home and said he could seal the crack and would come back in a couple of weeks. He came as promised, well prepared with sand, rocks, and even new replacement ceramic logs. He not only sealed the crack in the pipe, but cleaned the fireplace, painted the log stand, put sand on the bottom and rocks on top and replaced the logs so the fireplace looked brand new. When my husband asked how much his service would cost, he said "Don't worry about it. Just PAY IT FORWARD." Can you believe that? When my husband told me I was shocked. Just when I was losing hope in humanity, Thank you so much M. Sales Manager! We will definitely be paying it forward some how some way........They don't have businesses or people enough like this these days.

Robert Gibbs: Called advanced gas fireplace repair and got an appt for the following day. Unlike Joel’s fireplace repair this guy actually showed up and on time . Charlie was very professional and he had to take our fireplace completely apart to figure out the problem but he did. After he replaced a part and put our fireplace back together he added his own touch and put embers and sand in it to make it look 100 times better. We didn’t ask for this and he didn’t charge us this is just something he did knowing it would improve the aesthetic‘s of the fireplace and boy did it ever. Mr. Benjamin arrived on time dressed with protective gear on his face and feet he was extremely proficient on time and finished my repair in less than an hour. Don Braunagel: I purchased a Teppanyaki Grill from BBQ's Galore and over time the ignitor lights that come on when the grill is lit stopped working properly. I made contact with Pete and Caitlyn at the Henderson NV location and they were very nice and assured me they would get the problem resolved. Pete was nice enough to make sure the grill was registered and they made contact with the company about getting it fixed. After a few back and forth communications Caitlyn called me and told me they were replacing my grill with a brand new one. I picked up the new grill with absolutely no hassles. Caitlyn and Pete were the best and are everything that is missing in the retail experience these days. They were professional and followed up with me each step of the way. I hope that BBQ's Galore realizes what an asset these two employees are to their business. I would highly recommend the store and especially Caitlyn and Pete. Service is sorely lacking in a world where we all want everything as cheap as we can get until something goes wrong, then we expect to get great service. Great service costs more money, but in the end spending a bit more assures quality and service after the sale. AMAZING employee ☆☆☆☆. ... waiting on the other rock**************************Vista is THE BEST ☆We had been to 2 other places {1 twice} & no, they just didn't have what we were looking for. ... 1 place recommended Vista.The AZ River Rock @ 1/2 n 3/4 IS ALL EXACTLY that ☆The AZ River Rock @ 1 1/2 n 3 IS ALL EXACTLY that ☆. ... everything was evenly/equally divided on everything we saw actually & there weren't smaller rocks thrown in.The price 'per ton' is higher than one place & more in the same range as the other rock place, I just feel that we are getting way more 💥 bang for our buck 💥 here for the quality ☆They have a great Showroom with all sorts of yard things ☆There's a Display right out front ☆The 2 lady representatives were knowledgeable, friendly, professional, pleasant & even redid the math for us "just to make sure" & we are glad ☆They Deliver ☆I will still go to the place that recommended Vista, Vista doesn't have plants.

Jim Jam: If you need bulk rock and don't want to pay a huge amount of money for decorative rock from one of the big box stores, this is the place to do that. Half ton of beach sand only cost me about 30 bucks, and the whole ton would have been 50, so it's very affordable for d.i.y and business needs. They do sell other landscaping things as well but love them for their rock prices.
